Lola Beans Coffee - Cleveland

They only had two people working on a Friday it looked like. I waited 20 minutes for a drink they were out of and you can’t just leave the drive-thru. I use to love this place but today just really set me off.

Today was my first time having Lola Beans Coffee and it was better than the major corporate coffee shops! Definitely worth coming back to!

Parking: They have a drive thru strip for pickup, walk up side for carry out & dine in and there is plenty of parking in the side.

Kid-friendliness: They have caffeine free lemonade and other options for our kiddos to feel included when we order.

Every time I come here, I have a very pleasant experience with the employees. The drinks are FANTASTIC! The Alley Oop is my personal favorite. I had an issue with the Toast app and they were very quick to fix the issue.

My son always gets the lemonades and loves them!!

We just started coming to Lola Beans coffee. The customer service is so good. We don't stick to the menu we like trying new things and adding stuff and they're always willing to do it without question perfectly every time. You guys have an awesome crew what a blessing it is to be able to swing by in the morning and have such a positive attitude to serve us we are grateful have a blessed day.

Visited from PA for a few days and discovered Lola's beans when arriving to town. Tried it out and ended up going every day while being in Cleveland. Customer service is great, prices are decent and the coffees are fantastic!
