Under staff. No host to be seated, didn't get an order taken for almost an hour. Food Steak was asked to be medium got a medium well done. Wouldn't pay that price again for that type of service.

We usually have a good experience here. They usually get the food out quickly. Servers are a little absent-minded at times but overall good experience.

I had a great experience at Long Horn steakhouse. I had the petite filet mignon with a loaded baked potato and a dinner salad.
Terrence was my waiter and he did excellent with great and friendly service.

The atmosphere at this particular establishment was rather noisy, nay, loud!
I felt like I was in a "Texas Something" or other.

Usually the food is good here might have been a bad day steak was tough and, my wife's chicken was put together with different pieces and tough.

Longhorn may specialize in steak, but tonight they served up a side of critters—compliments of their resident roaches. I like my steak rare, not with an extra crunch, thank you very much! Keeping a restaurant clean enough to avoid six-legged dinner guests isn’t rocket science. Do better. Gross!

It's a typical chain steakhouse. Service was average, location is awful. Turn left into or out of the restaurant is a total nightmare
