Thought we would try it for a second time with the deluxe pizza and again I was let down. I could not believe all the bell pepper that was on the pizza. Literally, that was all you seen. WHY??? I will never order from Marcos again.
I had never been to the Marco’s Pizza in Cleveland. So when I placed my order online, I opted for curbside pickup. But when I arrived, there was no designated parking spot for curbside pick up. So I parked and decided I would just go in and get my order. It was no trouble at all. I was right in front of the door when my phone started ringing. Second time in a row my delivery order had been cancelled. What a poor customer experience. Shameful. Done with Marcos and HIGHLY encourage friends to take your brainless elsewhere.
