This is my favorite Marcos location. Everyone is friendly and the food is amazing!

This location use to be so spot on but unfortunately they just can’t get it right anymore. Light cheese means no cheese at all just marinara ..I literally had two small pieces of bell peppers on my pizza the last 2 times before I was missing 3 of my toppings. The time before that no one told me it was delivered just put it outside for the creatures to get it lol. If you order ..just go there and check it out before you buy to get what you pay for. Geez.

The staff that was making the pizzas were not wearing gloves. After they ran the crust through the machine they would wipe their hands on their aprons and started a new crust. The person adding the toppings were not wearing gloves either. Had I not already paid for my pizza and was pressed on time I would have walked out.

Worst delivery experience I've ever had from a Marco's Pizza. Never confirmed my order, took almost an hour and half to deliver, had wrong delivery address on receipt, and Pizza was cold. Only good part was the delivery person was nice and apologized repeatedly. Will be calling Papa John's next time

Not a bad pizza for a take out place. Not the best I've had, but not terrible. I'm quite fussy about pizza since I'm from the pizza capital, Connecticut, and I would get this again for sure.

Here's why you should eat at Marcos when you're in the mood for pizza and you're in Cleveland:
They ALWAYS have some kind of deal or coupons that you can use. So, what would cost about ~$25 for a large pizza at one of the other local places, you can get TWO large pizzas at Marcos. Why would you pay double the price elsewhere for marginally better pizza? It's nonsense. Marcos isn't gourmet, five star, authentic Italian pizza but you know what it is? It's good, delicious pizza at a good price.
My new go-to is a thin crust, deluxe and add black olives. So good. But their normal crust is good too. Haven't had a bad pizza here no matter what you try.

Thought we would try it for a second time with the deluxe pizza and again I was let down. I could not believe all the bell pepper that was on the pizza. Literally, that was all you seen. WHY??? I will never order from Marcos again.
