Everyone at this place seems extremely rude. They are never able to deliver on time nor do they call or send a message to let anyone know if the pizza is late or not. They don’t bother to call if they cannot find your address and they never refunded me for being charged a delivery fee last time I ordered there and it wasn’t even delivered. When we went to pick it up they would not even add extra honey sauce and the pizza was cold. I do not understand why these people are allowed to even work there. It’s happened twice now before I realized the service was undeserving of my money I work to earn. I started going to the Marcos in Ooltewah and it’s so much better. Plenty of honey sauce, nicer staff like way nicer and the pizza was warm. I will drive there every time before ordering in Cleveland again. It should be shut down. And Marcos do not respond pretending to care asking me to write you on Facebook. I do not have social media and that isn’t how someone professional responds to messages or handles situations.

Ordered for delivery before they opened..after 30 minutes past delivery estimate I called and spoke to a very rude person who said they were short staffed and proceeded to hang up on me. I won't be ordering again. I work 3rdshift and this was a major inconvenience and terrible experience. As of this review this order still hasn't been delivered.
