It was extremely nasty when we got here. The playroom was very hot (probably around 80°. The food came out at different times, no napkins in the containers and we had to ask for them

So I went thru the drive thru about 15 min ago ordered a 10 piece nugget combo wanted to sub the drink for a frappe .....the gentleman says they are out of frappes....ok I've heard this before so I asked the lady who took my money as maybe I opened a can of worms but decided to ask amewaz well she said they had frappes just not Carmel that they had mocha but the gentleman on the headset said they didn't have any frappes so I told the lady at the drive thru to reiterate that they did have other flavors just not Carmel that's fine had they told me that the next issue which has to be either lazy or incompetents or both I don't know so my son's fries are dumped in the bag and instead of honey mustard they gave him packs of honey I mean what's the qualifications to hire someone a pulse I mean geez so better I won't be back.

Everyday I get an iced coffee for myself and a co worker. Ive been going to the 25th st location because they make them right. Everytime the younger managers( curley hair,glasses) work in the morning on north lee, they never make them right,ie no flavoring in the coffee, melted ice, barely any creamer. The nice older manager working the drive thru may be overwhelmed every morning because shes running the drive thru and lobby, but at least she makes the drinks right. To Hank Smith.... just because the iced coffees are on sale doesn't mean they have to taste crappy.

Restaurants are only as good as the people making it happen. Then, chain restaurants specifically are supposed to be the same at every place and that's rarely the case. I'm writing this because a manager here named Joe has shown professionalism and customer service that separates this Mcdonald's from others and other restaurants in general. Joe cares about his product and making customers happy. Repeat business is absolutely crucial, and I have no doubt Joe is helping make this happen for this location. No, I do not know him, haha. I think he deserves some recognition, and wish there were more like him.

The food was not fully cooked. Called the general manager (Sonya) who was the most disrespectful employee ever. Unsure how she got the position but if a customer is telling you something about your food - you need to listen and not pop off at the mouth. Called the corporate office on her and waiting for a return call. Never had a problem until the day she was at that window. Crazy Pants!

Always ALWAYS get my order wrong. There hasn't been one single time where I've gotten what I wanted. The ice cream machines always broken. The workers look high every second. And it's very unclean. Overall a bad McDonald's.

This McDonald’s is awful. We sat at the speaker and waited while they took 6 orders from the other side. I thought the speaker wasn’t working so I switched over. A car pulled where I had been sitting the WHOLE time patiently waiting. She asked if I was using the app. As soon as I said yes she went and took the other persons order. I said excuse me am I going to be waited on. After I was finally able to place the order the guy literally shook up the drink and handed it out the window. I was sitting right there able to see what was happening. Unbelievable!!!
