Always ALWAYS get my order wrong. There hasn't been one single time where I've gotten what I wanted. The ice cream machines always broken. The workers look high every second. And it's very unclean. Overall a bad McDonald's.

This McDonald’s is awful. We sat at the speaker and waited while they took 6 orders from the other side. I thought the speaker wasn’t working so I switched over. A car pulled where I had been sitting the WHOLE time patiently waiting. She asked if I was using the app. As soon as I said yes she went and took the other persons order. I said excuse me am I going to be waited on. After I was finally able to place the order the guy literally shook up the drink and handed it out the window. I was sitting right there able to see what was happening. Unbelievable!!!

I get McDonald’s very often cause of my 3 year old having an obsession with nuggets but this was ridiculous today, I ordered his happy meal, and food for me, it was cold and they didn’t make the burger I ordered right at all. I ordered it plain with bacon and got just a normal burger with everything on it. But no bacon. Not the first time my food has been wrong, there’s always something either missing or wrong when ordering from this location

Just made a mobile order last night, showed them my reciept for this store after the money already came off my card, and they said they received no mobile order and refused to make it or help at all, so basically they just took my 20$ and I got nothing for it, I've never had anything like that happen at mcdonalds.
Daniel Haynes that is the manager of McDonald’s off North Lee Highway, Cleveland, TN. He is very unprofessional and he is very very rude to his guest into his coworkers. I really feel like he should not be working around people if he has a really bad attitude my fries came home. They were cold because they messed up our order not once but three times and then he told me That he could not understand me and walked off and then the lady beside Me, who was a customer said did he really just say that to you then a woman came up who was very nice and attentive and helped me but I didn’t feel like waiting 15 more minutes after I’ve already been waiting 1520 minutes on the food that they have Mess up so I just left. He acted like I was the problem and got an attitude with me and I don’t understand why he even still has his job. This is not the first interaction I’ve had with this man and this is not the first time I have seen him, treat his guest and staff so poorly.

Everytime I go to McDonalds I order ahead and everytime I come to this one I have to pull up and wait. The last time I came here, I ended up parking and going in because they forgot about me. Even though my food was sitting there bagged up. Every time its at least a 10 minute wait to get a steak egg mcmuffin.

This was the worst experience in McDonald's. From get go as soon as you enter it was nasty should have left right there. Then to order the gal was atrocious, absolutely obnoxious to deal with. I'd been better off to have dug through the freaking dumpster.
