Best McDonalds in Bradley county! Always piping hot fries, crisp soda and the cheese is always melty on my burgers. Love this place! Always friendly people at both windows. I look forward to coming here.

It's crazy to me that one day they have shakes the next they don't then they do again. And the night crew never gets your order right. Guess I'll have to drive across town to a different McDonald's from now on.

I go in late due to my job. The guy that appears to be the manager is very loud, yelling across the store, cussing & talking about people behind their back.

Hands down worst experience Iâve ever had with a fast food restaurant this place is beyond slow I waited a HOUR for my food for it to be half way cooked and sloppy af and honestly thatâs a understatement I 10/10 do not recommend this place

had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonaldâs location. I placed a mobile order and, upon arriving at the drive-thru speaker, I informed the staff that I had a mobile order. I was told to âwait a minute.â After waiting a few minutes in silence, I repeated that I had a mobile order and provided my code. There was still no response for at least three minutes. Finally, someone asked, âWhat do you want?â I replied that I had already stated it was a mobile order for the third time, and I was told to âgo to the second window.â
After waiting at the second window for several minutes, I was handed my drink. When I asked for a receipt, I was rudely told, âWe ainât got one.â I waited again and was eventually handed my food, but I had to ask for the ketchup, dipping sauce (which I had ordered), and napkins.
To top it all off, the food was inedible. The fries were raw, and the chicken nuggets were so bad that even my dog wouldnât eat them. If youâre looking for decent food and courteous staff, this McDonaldâs is definitely not the place to go.

Not sure who they got working on the cashier today but you don't call your "bro" or "bruh" whatever he said!! Very unprofessional and even the customer after me felt uncomfortable... if you a store manager please hire a GM that's gonna do there job and not for the money !!
