It was a decent McDonald's experience. I don't go to McDonald's often but I decided to that day. I probably won't return to this one when the staff member was wearing a rebel flag hat. Wasn't aware staff could wear personal hats that wouldn't normally bother me .but I don't agree with the rebel flag.
I've felt pretty conflicted about posting this . It is freedom of speach and I don't mind non uniform covers but I I don't agree with that flag and it's my freedom of speach to choose not to go back to that location.

Employees talking and laughing inside I’m waiting my mc chicken order for almost 20 minutes inside with my drink… Especially the manager. I use all of my 20 minutes break just “waiting” my food. I dont know thats the “fast food” means. Terrible management terrible customer service everytime I stop by here.

First off anything cold here is never available but still listed on the menu. But ordering quality was poor, was told they didn't know how to take my order after after taking it slowly and saying to wait multiple times, letting multiple other cars through.

They rarely have the latte machine working. The food was not good. The buns are hard. Just not a good experience. I dont expect much from fast food bit this store takes the cake. I hope they get it figured out. Pretty crappy all around.

Went in to pick up a mobile order today. No-one at the counter. When I finally YELLED to get the girl's attention at the bagging station, because she was clearly intentionally ignoring everyone at the counter, she pointed to the kiosk and turned back around like I wasn't there. After getting her attention again and explaining that I needed to speak to a person, she said I guess that's me but I'm busy and went about her business. I had to leave and go outside and get in line at the drive-thru to get the food I paid for. Please do so much better. I was absolutely blown away by the joke of customer service at this location. I'll never be back. Hopefully she costs them enough money to cost herself her job..

Not sure much of anything that you can say about McDonald’s other than I use the drive-through and got an iced coffee. Also had a sausage egg McMuffin, which actually tasted better than other McDonald’s. Easy to get to and always convenient.
Never can get ice cream. They say the machine is down. Nooooo, your people are to lazy to get it up and running for the day.
