My favorite place in town!!

We go sometimes multiple times a week. Love them love the food!

They never fail us everytime we go (family or just husband and I) they are always the friendliest staff. Clean and food is so good.

So glad we stopped here. It was our first time. Amazing food.

Food was poor and they added an operational charge to the bill. Cost the restaurant a customer

Awful experience. We only received half of our order which was not very good at all. We were missing an entire entree. The side of corn we ordered was just a can of watery corn in styrofoam, no cotija cheese. The restaurant did nothing to make it right. We will never order from here again!

Good food

The waitress tried to scam me .. I paid with a 100.00 bill and she didn't give me a receipt until I asked for one after she brought me back my change. Magically there were items we didn't order on that receipt that should could not remove.. she was trying to pocket the difference before I asked for the receipt

On Sunday we went to Monterrey from Cleveland, TN. We went with family and friends. There were 12 of us. We ordered different dishes, but the food there made us all sick. Some of us went to the emergency room, including the children. On my part, family and friends will never return to that place. A horrible experience. We will not risk our health.

I went on a Friday night January 31st 2025 and I ordered the al pastor and there the meat was cut up in little slivers and there was no pineapple in it and it was bland. My wife got the Guadalajara which she loves and it was okay. My daughter got the house house Monterey salad which should automatically come with beef, chicken and shrimp and it did not. For the price that we paid to me it was not worth it. The guacamole was just whipped up avocado and had no flavor whatsoever. The cheese dip was bland. I will probably not patron this establishment for a while until I know that the food is better. Thank you.

I have never been disrespected so much in my life at this restaurant. The food was great and the place is nice Inside but we sat for 20 minutes waiting on the young girl to take our order and there was only two other couples inside the building eating. She didn’t care about being at work.

I was able to take only one bite before pulling out whatever this is. We were debating on a tendon or some type of fibrous thing that shouldn’t be there. Took one bite and this chewy piece of nasty came out with the bite. Didn’t finish the meal at all & server couldn’t care less to ask why the food wasn’t finished at all or why no one wanted to go boxes.
