This chain has suffered greatly in the past few years not because of the owners of the restaurant itself but decisions of the franchise at corporate level. They are using a food service provider that in my opinion is sub standard whom i wont name because thats another can of worms to be opened another time. Their menu is nothing like it was first 5 years of franchising. They went the cheap route not the quality. What little i could eat was flavorless plain abd bland. The service and entire staff that i was exposed to were very friendly, attentive overall fantastic for what they had to work with. I didn't do a white glove inspection but it appeared very clean the entire dining area and Men's room were fine. I fell bad for the owners and all who labor through this.

As the two of us walked in we were greeted warmly and taken immediately back to a booth. Within a minute our server introduced herself and took our order. Drinks and appetizers were brought to us within a few minutes. The loaded potato skins were delicious. Also the appetizers were 50% off regular price during Happy Hour from 3pm to 6pm. On Wednesday it is also FREE Pie Day. After our delicious meals, I chose a free Caramel Pie and my wife chose a free Cherry Pie. Awesome desserts. I recommend this O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar.

They never answer the phone for to-go orders.

Was willing to give this one a try again since they got their health score up after failing last year. Unfortunately, the service was incredibly poor. We sat for close to 20 minutes with no one coming to get our drink orders or even tell us they would be with us shortly. The restraunt was not busy for a Sunday, less than half the tables occupied. When we finally placed our order, it was another long wait for our food, which came out dry, and the plates were scalding, telling me it had sat under a heat lamp for some time. Our order was not complete, and when we notified our waitress, they told us they had forgotten to put that part in. When it finally arrived, it was wrong. It will be a long time before I give them another try.

Maybe it’s better on the weekend but I’ve been eating here a lot because my kid always wants to eat here. Compared to the one in Knoxville the food is pretty bad. The chicken tenders look and taste like somebody that used to work at KFC made them but couldn’t remember the recipe. The breading is greasy and too salty and falling off the little tiny sliver of a chicken. It’s not supposed to look or taste like the stuff they are about to throw out at the bottom of the fryer at KFC. Whoever is on grill also can’t cook a steak to save their life. Ask for medium and it’s either bloody or dry shoe leather but it’s always a surprise which one it’s gonna be. Somebody lied on their resume. Biggest gripe is the portion sizes. Management is clearly trying to save every dollar by halving the sizes on everything. Including the overpriced deserts. I get that the pie is free on Wednesday but on Friday if I pay full price I expect more than a cold near frozen fun size slice and of cake or pie. This place must make a killing per plate and they’d have to since nobody seems to eat here anymore and the only part I see packed is the bar. They must not waste anything or have very minimal restocks. I have to assume it’s a franchise operation. This is the kind of antics you see franchise operators pulling to pinch every penny while slowly running the place into the ground. Clearly somebody is trying to meet some kind of unrealistic metric or the place is on the verge of bankruptcy. For the price it just isn’t worth it anymore and it’s sad because this location used to be pretty good a couple years ago. It’s still better than most of the chain restaurants on that side of town.

Dated and not worth the money.

Our server, Bailey, did an excellent job of ensuring drinks were always full, food was presented quickly, and made the visit great. The potatoe soup was excellent as always, the rolls are from heaven, and the chicken was piping hot. This is what a great restaurant should be!

My friends and I had a girls day out. We choose OCharleys. The waitress was awesome. Our food had PERFECT texture and temperature. I called the Mgr bc I thought I was charged for some food I didn't get but I was wrong and the Mgr. Was super great about it. We were there awhile and no one minded. Great time and experience. We'll be back. Thank you deeply

Found hair in my food. Service was shitty. They was having bingo and poker. We never got our salad till after our food and never bought our sides till we were done eating. Never ever got one side.

The Alfredo pasta was like eating wallpaper paste and was bland

I had a great time with Bri and Yvonne. They were so nice and helpful and really made the whole experience lovely. These two young women sincerely show what it means to be helpful and informative. The cedar salmon was great. This establishment has the best baked potatoes
this side of the Mississippi river. I'm going to tell all my friends and family about this place. Thank you.

it's been years since I've been to an O'Charley's. they've definitely scaled back the menu.

The rolls and salad with honey mustard were delicious. Unfortunately both of our entrees were laughably bad. This is what I was served - meatloaf with a “tomato sauce” aka a squirt of ketchup. The meatloaf was cold in the middle and the baked potato skin was so rubbery I could barely chew it. Chef Microwave was off his game tonight. My friend’s chicken with honey drizzle looked like a McChicken patty from down the street. The server was very sweet, but we were in disbelief when she served us these dishes. Paid $30 for this.

The Louisiana Sirloin was awesome. Service was great and food came out fast and cooked as ordered
