Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Amanda and Alyssa were the absolute best, and our food was amazing! We highly recommend this restaurant! Our service was even better than the food. Personalities, kindnesses and professionalism was excellent and made our dining experience superb!

This review has nothing to do with anything but security & according to management, YOUR security isn't important to them but the fact that cameras would be violating their employees privacy does, so that says alot about the place I guess it depends on what side the fence you are on..they must condone theft as well from THEIR employees, for lack of security cameras, even at the entrance of the establishment that could help, on whether people did or didn't have THEIR property when vacating the restaurant & would really solve questionable issues about the restaurant..good to know though & will never step foot in another olive garden if that is their policy for the people THAT PAY THEIR BILLS...

Had a great experience here today. The food was wonderful. The service by Kasey was phenomenal. She kept our soup, salad and drinks filled continually. Highly recommend going here in future visits.

The food was okay. Not going to lie, my pasta could have been better. The service was just okay, as well. I mean our server was good, but just seemed a little preoccupied. Also, I noticed a different worker actually rolled her eyes at my 3 year old who was trying to talk to her. I didn't say anything because we were about to leave. Honestly not the best experience, but definitely not the worst.

We had the Shrimp and Chicken Scampi with salad and a bowl of the marinara dipping sauce. Everything came out quick and fresh and as always, tasted amazing!

We had stopped going to Olive Garden 6 years ago because the ones we went to had bad food and rude .... the Cleveland TN OG brought us back. Good food, fresh breads ticks and great staff!

Had dinner there the other night. Found a long black hair in the pasta dish. Disgusting. All the waitress did was replace the dish. That's the last time I go there. Gross.

UPDATE: Management of the Cleveland restaurant needs to do their job. Ordered ravioli and the cheese inside was spoiled (as in sour milk). I literally get sick to my stomach everytime that I drive past that nasty place. Im telling others of my awful food experience. Close your doors if this is the best your restaurant can do.

Being raised 💯 in Italian ways and Food, this place is a Italian style of fast food. Food is good not really anything to bring back memories type of food. The waitress was extremely nice n polite. I did have to ask for more to drink. But all in all it's not a bad place to eat they definitely need to lighten up with the white sauce. The appetizers were pretty good. They atmosphere was ok.
