Used a $25 gift card once, and was told it was empty the second time.
Was either double charged the first time or cashier didn’t know what she was doing the second.
Either way it was on this location

Frustrated with this location, the last two times I've been here they don't have what you ordered in the drive though made which wouldn't be a problem if they told me before taking my money, I only stop out of convenience I would change my order before waiting.

I've been told this place is hit or miss but I've went here about 10 times and every time the food was amazing, the employees were very nice, and it was very clean. I loved the Christmas decorations!

Friendly and fast service, but oh my goodness the fried rice has zero flavor.

When ordering a bowl, I was told I had to have chow mein or rice for my side. I wanted super greens, so they charged extra. Dining area had a foul smell when sitting down. My husband went to discuss it after I pulled menu up online and they still wanted to argue that super greens are additional and not a side offered. My daughter had finished her meal before I received my super greens. Poor service

In terms of the food, I eat here fairly often, the super greens help because I have to avoid excess carbs. Food has always been good and kept reasonably fresh. Sometimes it moves a little slow if they have a run on a popular entree or two, but that’s not predictable, and is a cost of having things made fresh instead of mass produced and sitting in a warmer.
What I would commend even moreso is that on a personal level, I have noticed a few times that there’s a table of kids there, they’ve been well behaved every time I’ve seen them, and haven’t caused any problems. They are the kids of either one or multiple employees. As a working parent, I want to thank and commend the person in charge who works with their employee(s) on this. Parents of young children get put in impossible positions- they have to have income to survive, but childcare costs more than many people make! The kids cause zero problems, and it allows a mom or dad a chance to make an income they otherwise couldn’t. Thank you for doing this! And I hope more places will follow suit and work with working parents.

Very aggravated with this place. Wife and I eat here fairly often, always online order and takeout. Today I ordered, got there right when it was supposed to be ready, only to find out they removed their online order shelf (Sign is still there though). Not that they used the shelf often anyways but why remove it? And if you remove it why leave the sign up? I stood in line for 10+ minutes waiting on my order while all the people who walked in were served. No one bothered to ask me if they could help me while I stood there obviously waiting. By the time they did I had been standing there for over 10 minutes and my order was 10 minutes late. I told them I had an online order and the girl walked back and spmeone brought it up immediately, like it had already been ready but they were keeping it in the back? If I wanted to wait in line, I would walk in and place an order, not order ahead online. MAKES. NO. SENSE.

Been there over a dozen times. Not anymore. Management never has enough people working behind the counter serving customers. They are constantly out of entrées to choose from as advertised. Today, they wait til I was at end of the line to tell me they no longer take cash unless it's exact amount. Talked to a Manager and immediately knew why things are the way they are.
The experience I get from this Panda Express is unmatched. The food is always the best out of any panda I eat at, the service is phenomenal, and it's always a very clean and friendly atmosphere. In one particular instance, I ordered a large orange chicken. It was filled to the rim, and he fit more chicken in the empty spaces. Truly the best panda you can go to.

Bad food high prices. Meanwhile, while we eat our food, we listen to the regional manager talk to two store managers about how he is customer focused and how great his store is doing. He bases his growth on inflation not market growth. He couldn't understand his own data. He sounded like the typical business major student, all theoretical rhetoric and no substance. Here's a crazy and yet simple idea. Don't sell freezer. Burned vegetables in your rice. Don't substitute heat for flavor. Have more than orange chicken as an option that's already freshly made. And it doesn't take 11 staff and 3 managers to service 2 customers over a 2 hour window. Take the savings on an appropriate number of staff and pay the staff you do. Hire a good wage to attract good staff or dare I say it. Great staff.

Went to the drive thru tonight (Friday) there were 4 cars ahead of us. Placed our order with no problem. When we got to the window we were told there was a 6 minute wait on Kung Pao Chicken which we both had ordered. I said ok but feared the worst. We were told to pull around front and they would bring it out to us.
After 10 or 12 minutes I went inside to find our food. I was told they were waiting on Orange Chicken now, which we had both ordered!
Finally after another 10 minutes the Orange Chicken was done and I was told they were waiting on Steamed Rice!!
Why the heck is it that they never start making more product until they are completely out?? Fortunately our plates were partially made and they had already put the Steamed Rice in my plate so I didn't have to wait for that.
What kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of rice and their 2 most popular items!?
This happens regularly here. It is very frustrating. If I hadn't gone in to get my food I would probably still be in that parking lot an hour later! If they tell you to pull around chances are you won't see them come out anytime soon!
Why can't you prepare more food when it starts getting low? Not wait until it's gone!
I was only one of several frustrated customers there tonight.
Portion sizes were lacking tonight also.
Last time here we had the same experience and I was at least offered a free drink. Tonight all I got was mad
I feel like maybe this is a policy issue about not cooking more before it runs out. There was one guy cooking and he was working hard. Not sure why this is such a problem but it needs fixing. This happens very often at this location.
