Papa Johns Pizza

I was notified on the app that my order was ready so I went in to get my pizza. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes in the store. Then after I finally got my order it was wrong. They messed up my order and they offered to remake it but that it be about 30 minutes.

You can never get anyone on the phone. The food is mediocre at best. Do not recommend we love Papa John’s but dislike the one in Cleveland! The service for the price you pay was atrocious!

I have been a regular customer of Papa John's in Wichita, KS for over thirty years. However, the Cleveland, TN store on Keith Street is head and shoulders above any PJ store in Wichita. The staff is cordial, the let you know that they appreciate your business. This store is very clean in the dining area and in the kitchen. Best of all their piazza is absolutely delicious! You can't bear it!

Never again. The worst and I mean the worst experience ever. I used to go there all the time but now I see how things have taken a turn for the worst. Over priced for dog shit.

Waited an hour and a half for the driver just for them to give it to door dash who then took it back to the store tried to call but they kept dropping my calls . And then gets mad when I want my tip back after I drove to go get the pizza after waiting . B.

Driver was super nice but the pizza topping is insane. I don’t find this appetizing and something I could enjoy. It doesn’t even seem as if the pizza got cooked all the way because of how many jalapeños and banana peppers. The cheese under that side is not fully melted. Spent 31$ and tipped 9$ just for this…. I have never been this disappointed before with papa john’s. I have worked at papa john’s before and this is not acceptable.

Love this pizza place! I do order from the call center. It is a lot of questions but the people are always friendly and they always get my order correct. When I pick up my order. The people in store are always friendly as well. My pizza is always great. But favorite thing is their original bread sticks. They are great every time! But only at this location. I've tried some other locations and not really a fan. But this one is fantastic!

I ordered my food around 10:30-11ish I waited outside for thirty minutes, refreshing my papa John app. The app said it was delivered but it never showed.
