This snoball place is an absolute gem! The ice is shaved to perfection and they have a flavor selection that feels endless. Whether you’re a classic cherry lover or into wild mixes like tiger’s blood or stuffed snoballs with ice cream in the middle, they’ve got it all.
The staff is always friendly & the portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and it’s the perfect way to cool off on a hot day.

First time ever going to pelican's. I was excited so I wanted to choose something really good. I was looking for awhile and it seemed like they were rushing me, no take your time just shut the window when I said I was still looking! Rude! When I finally chose they didn't give me what I asked for or what was advertised. I asked for my money back and will not return. Taking my business elsewhere!

Great deals , lots of choices to choose from. Great employees. Very kind. First time bringing my kids here and my three year old accidentally spilt his whole shaved ice on himself which made him extremely sad but the employees were very kind and made us a new one right away. Hubby was wondering why on a Thursday no business well he got an avalanche and he said its basically ice and no flavoring in it!!! We are pretty regular customers but if thats how they going to serve then thats 3 less customers and no more suggestions of any one going
