I placed my order through the app and even though I paid some extras they never gave them to me. So I didn't realize this till I was already home but check your orders close. I feel like I just got ripped off by pizza hut !

Be aware that Pizza Hut allows people that aren’t named on your account to place orders on your account using your emails. They also have a nonexistent customer service system to handle these issues. Phone number leads to teleprompts that tell you to do it online. The online chat reps ask you identifiable information repeatedly. Ultimately, if you have a random persons email address and they have a pizza hut account you can use it to your benefit and Pizza Hut does nothing.
