Let me just say… Willie will change your mood with the way he makes that sweet tea! Best sweet tea I’ve ever had! The employees that I spoke with were very kind and professional. I HIGHLY recommend the sweet tea!

The last 4 times I’ve visited this location my order has been wrong 😫

My husband and I had chicken sandwiches yesterday (Aug 5, around 4pm, dine-in) and we had no problems. The lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful, which was a welcome and noticable contrast to a lot of what we've been experiencing lately at other places. I didn't catch her name but she's a keeper.
Oh, and the chicken sandwiches were really good too :)

Just placed an online order an hr ago, pulled up to the window to get my order and was told to pull up a bit that my order would be out soon, 30 minutes waiting and they said someone else took my food and that they can’t do anything about it. I ordered a whole family tender meal with 6 sides and some extras, you better do something like idk make my food again and give me my food. The manager at the time said her boss said they can’t give money back which is fine but give me what I ordered, well turns out her boss said they can’t give food out either. On top of all that she gave me attitude the whole time like it was my fault!! You guys told me to pull up to the curb how is this my fault?? I asked if they could give me the food and she started raising her voice and with her attitude saying she can’t do anything about it and that it’s not her problem I pulled up to the curve, I said they need to do better with their service and she sassed saying that’s not her problem and walked away. This Popeyes needs to fire its employees and get better ones cause this ain’t it. Now I’m gonna have to call the bank and tell them to cancel the transaction and I’ll just leave this here for everyone else to see. Good day and good luck to you Popeyes.

Edit: it’s been a few weeks and they never helped me fix this issue. Popeyes needs to fire these people and hire new management and new employees.

Finally a Popeyes that has excellent customer service. I have had nothing but bad experiences at most locations. I couldn't catch the ladies name that helped me, but she was very nice and greeted me right away and had nothing but a great attitude the whole time. I wish I seen her name because she is an example of how customer service should be done. Food was hot and fresh. I ordered the ghost pepper sandwich. Wasn't spicy but was very delicious. Bathrooms were very clean. I don't order fast food much, but I will come to this location again.

I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. From the start, the woman at the window was noticeably rude, which caught me off guard as I always try to be polite and friendly. I pulled around as told. She opened the window, gave me a look like I had done something wrong, and said, “pull up to the next window.” We waited there for about 20 mins.

When we received our food, nothing was said—not even a simple greeting or confirmation. My daughter asked for sauce because there was none in the bag, and there were also no utensils or napkins. The employee walked off, and came back again without a word. The chicken and fries were good. The mashed potatoes were a jello like consistency. The Mac n cheese was dry.

Despite the attitude and rude looks, we remained kind, but it’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like a bother just for picking up food. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this Popeyes location in Cleveland.

Worst experience with the drive-thru ever the cashier was so rude and awful to me I do not recommend going here! Her name was Tiki if I could leave a zero star I would!

Only car in line and had to wait forever. No customers inside the store either. I was beginning to think they were closed. Finally they took our order. It's insane that this business is still IN BUSINESS!

Ordered 3 meals the tenders were super fresh and so were the fries. The mac and cheese is outta this world good

When you order food at this location you better make sure you check it, and I mean every single little piece of food.
I ordered a family bundle and I’m missing my son’s entire meal. No fries, no chicken tenders. Nothing.
This isn’t the first time it has happened to me. I will drive across town before I come back to this Popeyes because it’s going downhill AND FAST.

Slowest service in town. Good food, but I've kept time for 3 drive thru visits now and the average is 23 mins while being the only car in line. They always ask you to pull forward and park to wait, again being the only person in line and only ordering 1 combo. Its ridiculous.

Subpar chicken was super greasy, order wrong after waiting 15 min for unavailable items, and rude service when asking for correction after discovering wrong order and returning to restaurant. 3 strikes on this one. Normally a good experience here, so very disappointed. Never wanted a refund before...now I do.
