Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I stopped in to get dinner. When i got home everyone's food was fine except i didn't get my chicken sandwich but i got my fries. So i tried to call because i didn't want to drive all the way back today and all i got was an answering machine. I left my name and number so i guys we'll see if they call me back but i guys I'm gonna have to find something else to eat.

My two large fries are missing no one is answering the phone. The customer support online is outdated.The coleslaw is spoiled. I don't usually have any problems here.

Said we had to get a combo when all I wanted was a chicken sandwich and a mashed potatoe, gravy on the side they charged me $2.69 for the gravy and for the drinks which I didn't want

The individual who was working the drive thru window on 4/23 at about 11:15 AM is terrific. They were extremely efficient and went out of their way to accommodate me after one of the items on my order was out of stock. You need to hang on to this one.

Yes I visited Popeyes on Apd40 Cleveland to today the service was terrible it took 20 minutes to get three pieces of chicken. Then got home and my order was wrong had to drive back and took 10 more minutes and it was not busy either time. They need there district manager to fix this place or something because it sucks. I never do reviews but I had too this time

Let me just say… Willie will change your mood with the way he makes that sweet tea! Best sweet tea I’ve ever had! The employees that I spoke with were very kind and professional. I HIGHLY recommend the sweet tea!
