Worst experience with the drive-thru ever the cashier was so rude and awful to me I do not recommend going here! Her name was Tiki if I could leave a zero star I would!

Only car in line and had to wait forever. No customers inside the store either. I was beginning to think they were closed. Finally they took our order. It's insane that this business is still IN BUSINESS!

Ordered 3 meals the tenders were super fresh and so were the fries. The mac and cheese is outta this world good

The food and service were both really good and the best service and food I had in a while

When you order food at this location you better make sure you check it, and I mean every single little piece of food.
I ordered a family bundle and I’m missing my son’s entire meal. No fries, no chicken tenders. Nothing.
This isn’t the first time it has happened to me. I will drive across town before I come back to this Popeyes because it’s going downhill AND FAST.

Slowest service in town. Good food, but I've kept time for 3 drive thru visits now and the average is 23 mins while being the only car in line. They always ask you to pull forward and park to wait, again being the only person in line and only ordering 1 combo. Its ridiculous.

Subpar chicken was super greasy, order wrong after waiting 15 min for unavailable items, and rude service when asking for correction after discovering wrong order and returning to restaurant. 3 strikes on this one. Normally a good experience here, so very disappointed. Never wanted a refund before...now I do.

It took the new cashier 15 min to place our order, she literally had to re enter it multiple times and still didn’t get it right. there was nobody helping/ training her while there were several other workers in the back and a line of several customers who ended up just walking out without placing an order, if there was a manager there you would never know.
Our biscuits came out hard as rocks and doughy in the middle as if they reheated them in the microwave.
Several of the staff looked like they had been in a food fight with bits of food all over them and in their hair.

Probably the nicest fast food experience I've ever had. The tall young lady in the drive thru was really nice/accommodating and food was fresh and super fast. I was in and out of the drive thru in 3 minutes tops for a 3 piece strip meal.

REALLY PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW! WENT THRU DRIVE THRU. THE PERSON WAS RUDE AS HELL TAKING THE ORDER! I GET YOU WERE MAD BECAUSE YOU SAID YOU HAVE TO COOK THE FOOD SINCE ITS AFTER 10.... UMM THERE IS NO ONE THERE? SO WE ORDERED A 12 PIECE MEAL. TOLD THEM TWICE WE DIDNT WANT WINGS. DID NOT RESPOND. THE LADY CAME BACK AND SAID WHAT????? DIDNT ASK IF WE WANTED SPICEY OR ORIGINAL. SAID PULL AROUND. SO WE DID. PULLED UP TO WINDOW, THE WORKER WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE AND SEEN US STARTED LAUGHING AND WALKED OFF!!! SHE LITERALLY SEEN US AND THOUGHT IT WAS HILARIOUS! SO WE SAT THERE A COUPLE OF MINUTES NO ONE CAME TO THE WINDOW TO TAKE OUR MONEY OR ACKNOWLEDGE US! SO WE DROVE OFF! I CAN SEE WHY THE STAR RATING IS SO LOW. FIRST OF ALL DONT BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND DONT COME BACK AND SAY WHAT????? LAUGH AT US AND THEN NOT ACKNOWLEDGE US??? REALLY!!!!

Well, I have eaten at other Popeyes restaurants, and they have been good, but at this place I did not like the chicken, it is raw and not of good flavor, and it took forever to deliver my order so I am disappointed
