After we ordered our food it was discovered that there was not enough chicken ready to fill our order. The manager ask if we would like to wait for some to get done. We said that we would wait. She was so nice to us and she even gave us some extra sides. She did not have to do that but she did. What a Wonderful person she is. We will forever go to this Popeyes because of how nice everyone there was. When our food arrived the young man who brought it to us could not have been any nicer!!! PAY ATTENTION REGIONAL MANAGER. YOU HAVE A GREAT CREW AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

Went at 8:45pm. Inside already had closed up , not supposed to close till 9:pm. Ordered through drive thru, should have just allowed them to give us whatever they wanted because that is what they done anyway. Ordered strips and chicken. Strips were supposed to be spicy, they weren't. Chicken was supposed to be 50/50 , it wasn't. When we got to the window to start with I requested military discount and showed my ID the female said we don't give military discounts, I liked to have lost my mind, Popeye's has always done military discounts, when I stated that. She immediately gave me the discount. Pure laziness on her part to even ask. Chicken legs and thighs were cold and dried out. If this is how Popeye's in Cleveland is going to continue why even try to open another one. On top of this they have raised their prices 3 X's since they opened. 3 individual orders 45.00 really.

I have seen other reviews and don’t agree the managers here are hard working and respectful and dealing with a new generation workforce that isn’t as easy to manage. The worst thing I’ve ran into at this location is having to clean my own table which no big deal.

Very unprofessional. Employees yelling back and forth to each other in front of customers. Always long wait times. Today there was a girl laying down at a large table with her things scattered across taking up the entire table as if it was her own kitchen table at home. This location is very poorly run.

One with mashed potatoes. I got 2 potatoes and no silverware. I got no sauce (I had to stop the delivery guy and ask him to get us some). We asked what type of gravy they had. The cashier said "regular." No... it was cajun style. He acted like I was bothering him by asking.Hospitality: (1-5) 0. No friendliness at all. Just a feeling they either hated me or I was bothering them. Didn't like me asking questions. I couldn't hear him (so soft spoken). When I returned to the drive through to get my fries and silverware... he acted like I was bothering him, he handed the fries to me, gave me an unpleasant look, shut the window, and walked away. There was no, "man im so sorry you had to return. "Thankfully the food was good... but man. Who wants to give money to someone who hates you.I've complained, previously, to the manager (I think district). She was very nice and transparent... but basically excused the previous rudeness (telling me how talented the cashier was... and giving me a $5 gift). We've tried giving them several chances... there was one visit where they were semi cordial. This last rude visit seals the deal. Is not worth it. Drive 2 minutes to chick fil a (where they act like they enjoy your business).

So there's this one really big girl that works there that wears a lot of makeup she kind of looks like a drag queen be careful of her because she is one of the nastiest people that you'll ever encounter I've witnessed her spit in people's food and you don't want to get on her bad side she has big old hello Kitty nails and she wears seriously too much blush and too much makeup that's how ugly she is so be careful of her she has big old funky nail extensions that I've never seen her wash so Lord knows where they've been so I wouldn't trust her with your food

Went to this restaurant twice. First time wasn’t too bad other than going through the drive through and got told to pull up and waited for literally 30 minutes until I went inside to see what was up. Only to find no one manning the register. My second experience was yesterday I got two orders of chicken and some popcorn shrimp. Tasted fine got finished eating went to bed with some slight heartburn and woke up 2 hours later violently puking everything I had in my stomach up. Didn’t think anything of it until me and my wife heated up our leftovers for lunch, this time I was cautious so I didn’t eat as much as yesterday but my wife did and sure enough she got almost as sick as me and was puking. I will be reporting this restaurant to the health department. Also, their lemonade drinks are sooooo bitter it’s like someone crushed up an aspirin and stirred it in my drink. If you can keep from it, stay away from this place.

Staff needs to learn the difference between a breast and thigh. The last two times I've ordered white meat I got a thigh and a wing. They said they would make it good, but no one ever knows anything about it when you go back. If I go back I won't leave without checking to make sure I got what I ordered.
