Ordered the new chips ahoy blender and was so disappointed. Didn’t have and crushed cookies on the whip cream like the picture and it tasted like a plain vanilla shake. Totally not kool!

Friendly, fast, and genuinely kind—he made my order perfectly and even added a little extra cheer that you don’t find just anywhere. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Scooter’s is lucky to have him, and honestly, the world needs more Blazes! Give that guy a raise and a trophy! 🙌☕️🔥
Hands down the best coffeee. I have to have it everyday. Something about the Extra Large iced Caramelicious! It’s the best. The employees are so so sweet. So glad we have this establishment in Cleveland!!!!
