Was missing Shane’s after the Ooltewah location closed. Decided to try the Cleveland location. There are less employees than the Ooltewah location had but good service. They tell you upfront that a hamburger will take 15 minutes since they are freshly made, not frozen patties. Was able to use my points to get chicken tenders free.

Shane's is a great BBQ place. Their ribs and pulled pork are great. I'm sad that Shane's in Ooltewah closed, but I'll still make the drive to Cleveland to enjoy Shane's.

Picked up a pound of pulled pork a couple minutes ago. It's dry and cold! They literally put 4 sauce cups directly in my food! That is so unsanitary it's actually disgusting. Not sure why I waited ten minutes for cold food? I was going to make nachos with it but I dont want to wreck my nachos 😩 I'm so confused why they put the sauce cups IN my food. Warehouses are dirty ad well as the unlgloved hand that put them in there. I dont even have time to return it but I wanted a taste before I got home 😞

Me and my family visit here at least two to three times a month it's always very clean the food is always prepared cook to order I've only had one mistake and they fixed it right away management is always present handicap accessible the other way door is a little hard to open they have curbside doordash and Uber highly recommend the lemon pepper tenders and the barbecue smoked chicken potato

I was very disappointed. I ordered on line and was given a pickup time of 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:25 pm and the woman at the counter said that it would be just a few minutes for my order to be ready. A half hour later my order came up. I spoke with the manager who said that they were swamped with orders. I said then why didn’t they adjust my pickup time accordingly instead of having me wait in their uncomfortable waiting area. I said to the manager that she should offer to add some peach cobbler to my order free of charge for the inconvenience of my waiting. Her body language was rude and she rolled her eyes to her coworkers. Then I said, “You know, just forget it and give me my food order!” I found when I got my food order home that the food quality was substandard as well, with smaller portions than I expected. If I owned that franchise I would have a secret shopper go in and get the low down on their manager’s behavior in situations such as this.

Nice portion sizes, the fried okra was perfect. We all had the big dad sandwich, which we probably could have split. The restroom was not the cleanest, and some of the tables needed some attention.
