Brought my family on Thanksgiving stood almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to seat us! Someone finally came and was taking us to our table when the woman at the counter started yelling no no don’t seat anyone we are behind on to go orders! Extremely rude!! We left very embarrassed!!

Wow I just ordered chicken fried rice , first of all where’s the chicken second it ain’t chicken !!! It was small slimy and rubbery I wouldn’t feed my t to my dog it was awful !! The egg roll just greens in it no flavor !! 1st & last time I eat here !!!

Horrible......Horrible..... paid 60 for crapo. I dont understand how this place is highly rated... maybe I just do not enjoy ashin food.... the Chinese food at the buffet in athens is so much better and cheaper. That's why I dont go to new places

Omg the Mongolian beef and Coconut chicken are amazing! Classic Chinese tea as well, really enjoyed this place.

We were new to area and I called and talked to an older lady and she was very nice and helpful. I called in an order but it was a younger woman and she was very short and not polite at all.I assumed maybe she was busy and didn't think too much of it. When my husband went to pick up the order, there was a younger lady with nose in her phone. She was rude, would not put her phone down to answer us when he asked for order. She didn't know about it. So he told her what was on it. She got it. The place was NOT busy. He tried to talk to her about said order and ask some questions but she totally ignored him several times. He was extremely angry at this point. Finally got his order. Got home with order. First of all, for the money we paid for the meat dishes, it was very small amount almost questionable. So not sure if that is their normal or we were shorted. I was not given what I asked for completely, so at this point not sure if I had paid for it and didn't get it or what. I got honey chicken and lo mein noodles. There was barely and I mean Very barely any sauce on the noodles so practically plains. The chicken nuggets were ok. Very bland. The chicken alone was 15.98 and I have gotten more than they gave me at many other place for half the price. It was a rip off. My husband got steam dumplings and a Mei fun dish. They were ok but again bland. For just this items was approx 47.00. It was Not worth it in their taste, quantity, service, rudeness and lack of interacting with their customers. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back and I was looking forward to finding a new restaurant that carried that kind of food, but boy did we miss the mark on this one!! So in closing, Buyer beware!

There is no lunch hibachi but it’s still on the menu. Came in and ordered well before this other gentleman came in the building and some how he got his food and left before I did. First time in this establishment and was not impressed. Order took 25mins to come out for one plate of hibachi and an order of spring rolls. Highly suggest to anyone and everyone to find another chinese, hibachi , thai place because this was not worth the wait or price.

Waitress/receptionist very rude. There was no other customers in the restaurant yet she treated me like I was an inconvenience and was not willing to accommodate to simply substituting a meat option for a vegetarians one. Which every other restaurant would do. It’s literally 12:45 in the afternoon and no one is here, so you would think they would want my business, but rather she hardly looked up from her phone to answer my questions. And when I asked for a menu she grabbed one and stood there and waited for me to cross the room and meet her. Her phone is on speaker and she is chatting with someone. Very unprofessional. I am literally writing this as k sit and wait for me food. I should have walked out but I am very hungry and did not want to try to find somewhere else

100% would ABSOLUTELY recommend! Very clean place, very friendly staff and VERY VERY tasty food.
I'm from CT, 1/2 way between Boston and NYC. This is the closest Chinese restaurant I've found in the area since moving here about 4 years ago. I've read reviews that they are rude, I agree it appears that way, but I don't think it's intentional. Food is far superior to any other in the area, and reasonably priced. I recommend you check them out.

Ordered a large meal to go of course missing item spent 100 on food called for missing food to be removed nothing .major just 2 fried rice and wonton soup she said get you next time. There will be no next time. I ordered coconut shrimp which tasted like the fryer is rancid the general soas chicken had same grose flavor. I also order beef on stick it was like two small strips of beef jersey. BBQ spare ribs also dry. The only that was half ok was the lomaine and the pot stickers which come from a dam bag.

If someone asked me where I could get the worst food, the most terrible customer service in all of cleveland, the longest wait (20 minutes for one small order of chicken), I would tell them to come here.
