Got inside place and the lady was just sitting down. Didn’t take us to a table to be seated. Just said sit down. Brought us a menu not long after. Brought us a water and we told her that we weren’t quite ready to order. Then we got her attention that we were ready to order , then she goes through door of kitchen to get a pad to take order. Comes back to take order. Got our food maybe 5 minutes later. She came to ask if we need water refill . My husband did, also we asked for a to go container and she said give me your water. She went back in kitchen to get it. Then brought our bill. Waited for her to come back to get it and didn’t. So I told my husband to go up to counter and he then paid for our food. Lady was overall very rude. Won’t be going back there.

The owner/cashier’s attitude is beyond horrendous. She was very dismissive when my wife and I arrived. We were not seated when we told her that we were eating in. Was not told that we were expected to go to the counter to pay. Was not organized, had to go to the kitchen to retrieve her pad to take our order.

I called to place a pick up order, to which the lady asked me to place it online because she was busy, completely understandable. Although I was a little thrown off because I'd intended to pay with cash, which is why it was a call in, so I ended up going inside about 10 minutes later. To my surprise the place was empty, the woman who answered the phone had been sitting with a show on. When I went to place my order, I looked at my phone for the details and she walked to the back.. I understand being busy, I guess it was just upsetting to hear an establishment ask me to order another way instead of having me hold, which I would've been happy to do, especially because there were no other customers aside from one lady waiting.

I've actually been coming here for about five or six months. I don't understand how a restaurant like this can be open. I'm reporting the mistreatment of customers in the ads, the poor manners of the waitress. I'm reporting the racism that exists within the waitress. I like the food, but I don't like the treatment. Inspectors should go and close this business because I really went with my family and I was treated very badly. The waitress really has no manners for anyone. Don't go, don't come in.

Fried rice TRASH!!!! No flavor whatsoever!!! Coconut chicken was cold! Can confirm that the little mouse that answered the phone is indeed rude!! How are they in business??

was picking up a delivery order waited 34 min for a doordash and was ignored and then told when asked about my order I was told to sit down and shut up my order would be out when done she was rude inconsiderate and horrid to all customers do not I repeat don't go there unless u want to wait forever to be severed only to be met with rude and baligerant service

Very VeryVery rude cashier ! I asked her about their egg foo young and the way she looked at me and answered was like I kicked her dog or something . I asked why was she being so disrespectful ? She said she didn’t care This little woman told me she didn’t care how her attitude was and turned around and walked away before even taking my order. I would like to say that I am so grateful I did not waste my hard earned money at this establishment because after reading the reviews I am not alone in just how awful this place is also along with the terrible dishes they offer. I hope they learn to treat all people with respect. and do better job with their food. No happiness. Did not deserve the one star but had to so I could post

I ordered the egg foo young it was old tasting The peas were hard the carrots were mush it was lukewarm in the middle and it had been deep fried. Now it is an egg dish that's very easy to make it is a fried egg dish but not deep fried!! So I think it had been in the refrigerator for days and they just dropped it in the deep fryer to warm it up it was awful!!!😝 And we didn't even get a fortune cookie 😢🥠
Extremely rude and unprofessional! I came in to pick up an order and the cashier was sitting at a table right beside the register stuffing her face while watching a show super loud on a tablet. She didn’t greet me with even a smile, she got up walked to the back and was there for about 15mins when she came back out she said the customers name proceeded to hand it to me I turned to show her me confirming the pickup (as I always do) but she was back to stuffing her face watching her show and not paying attention. I started to leave with the order she jumps up and says I need to see you confirm. I said I did already see it shows now I must deliver it to the customer. She was rude and acted like I was trying to steal the order! She then proceeded to mouth at me in another language. To top all this off she had the audacity to give me an unprofessional review for my service! I WILL NEVER step food in the restaurant for any reason again! Terrible customer service!!!

The lady that owns the store she was rude. She was not. She took her time waiting on food more than 10 to 15 minutes and she’s also was rude to a Uber. The girl that came apart to pick up the food order she was sitting at the table and she went to the back for another 15 to 20 minutes to come out, and I asked for the name of the person and gave that to the person to the little girl that was picking up the order And she was showing her to confirm order to her, but she didn’t want to pay attention to it she was being a snobby little butt, and she was cussing out the Uber girl in her language. I thought that was Really unprofessional

Just came back home. I don’t know if they have new owners but this place is NOT it. Not only does this food look uncooked but sketchy. I was charged $4.00 for two yumyum sauces but the lady told me to leave $4.00 tip? I’m assuming it was because she couldn’t ring up the sauces? I should’ve known better but luckily I left my signature written. I will not be back. The lady is RUDE.
