Ordered a large meal to go of course missing item spent 100 on food called for missing food to be removed nothing .major just 2 fried rice and wonton soup she said get you next time. There will be no next time. I ordered coconut shrimp which tasted like the fryer is rancid the general soas chicken had same grose flavor. I also order beef on stick it was like two small strips of beef jersey. BBQ spare ribs also dry. The only that was half ok was the lomaine and the pot stickers which come from a dam bag.

The staff was very apologetic about the long wait I had, but I understood that they had a lot of orders come in at once. The food is delicious!

If someone asked me where I could get the worst food, the most terrible customer service in all of cleveland, the longest wait (20 minutes for one small order of chicken), I would tell them to come here.

Listen to the reviews. They are not exaggerating. I paid 73.00 and I won’t be back. The lady behind the cash register was not as friendly as the other lady. The one lady was friendly to talk to. But I hardly had any veggies in my soup and that’s all I asked for. The lettuce for the salad was less than appealing. And the place could use a good updating. Live and learn.

Got inside place and the lady was just sitting down. Didn’t take us to a table to be seated. Just said sit down. Brought us a menu not long after. Brought us a water and we told her that we weren’t quite ready to order. Then we got her attention that we were ready to order , then she goes through door of kitchen to get a pad to take order. Comes back to take order. Got our food maybe 5 minutes later. She came to ask if we need water refill . My husband did, also we asked for a to go container and she said give me your water. She went back in kitchen to get it. Then brought our bill. Waited for her to come back to get it and didn’t. So I told my husband to go up to counter and he then paid for our food. Lady was overall very rude. Won’t be going back there.

The owner/cashier’s attitude is beyond horrendous. She was very dismissive when my wife and I arrived. We were not seated when we told her that we were eating in. Was not told that we were expected to go to the counter to pay. Was not organized, had to go to the kitchen to retrieve her pad to take our order.
I called to place a pick up order, to which the lady asked me to place it online because she was busy, completely understandable. Although I was a little thrown off because I'd intended to pay with cash, which is why it was a call in, so I ended up going inside about 10 minutes later. To my surprise the place was empty, the woman who answered the phone had been sitting with a show on.
When I went to place my order, I looked at my phone for the details and she walked to the back..
I understand being busy, I guess it was just upsetting to hear an establishment ask me to order another way instead of having me hold, which I would've been happy to do, especially because there were no other customers aside from one lady waiting.
I've actually been coming here for about five or six months. I don't understand how a restaurant like this can be open. I'm reporting the mistreatment of customers in the ads, the poor manners of the waitress. I'm reporting the racism that exists within the waitress. I like the food, but I don't like the treatment. Inspectors should go and close this business because I really went with my family and I was treated very badly. The waitress really has no manners for anyone. Don't go, don't come in.

Fried rice TRASH!!!! No flavor whatsoever!!! Coconut chicken was cold! Can confirm that the little mouse that answered the phone is indeed rude!! How are they in business??
