The last two times I have came to this Sonic I have used the app to order ahead of time and showed up before the time it said to. So why when I’ve gotten my food it has been cold and they forget the sauces for my orders. French toast sticks with no syrup really sucks. I worked in restaurants and fast food for years so I’m picky on things like this. I promise it isn’t hard. When I am only 1 of 3 customers there, it shouldn’t be hard to get me my food while still warm with all the sauces on the order. Won’t be using this place ever again.

This place needs to be shut down, food was served cold, food was also burnt so bad I could have taken the hamburger and broke a window. The drinks were all wrong and they need to change the tanks. They also need to change the fryer oil. The worst food I have ever put in my mouth.

Fast, friendly service with a smile. You gotta love that. And with reasonable prices, it is worth the stop.

I will never understand as a business owner myself what could possibly be so hard about making a burger how the customer requested it. I’m not even joking, this is the 3rd time I have went to this Sonic because it’s close to the house and every single time I ask for a cheeseburger with no onions and every single time it is covered in onions. I’m not mean about it and I don’t even bring up the previous screw ups but I’m done. Hire employees with just a touch of common sense and you won’t have a 3 star rating from everyone.

Somethings been up with this place recently. I noticed there’s been a lot more new people there so certain things i understand, but they’ve been messing up very basic and easy things to make. I’ve gotten milkshakes that are straight liquid recently and also made wrong and have gotten cold food or just wrong food in general. It’s sad.

Let us consider the Sonic Drive-In of Cleveland, Tennessee.
Here, in this bastion of Americana, one finds a menu as extensive as the open road, offering a veritable abundance of fast-food delights that speak to the soul of the South. It is a place where the service is not merely great, but delivered with the warmth and familiarity of a neighbor's greeting.
On a day when the craving for a chili cheese coney became too insistent to ignore, Sonic presented itself as a beacon of satisfaction. The coney, a simple yet profound concoction, arrived swaddled in the embrace of a warm bun, the chili and cheese melding in a symphony of flavors that resonated with the deepest culinary desires. It was not just food; it was a remedy, a fulfillment of a longing that had been simmering beneath the surface.
To partake in Sonic's offerings is to engage in a ritual as old as the hills that cradle this town. It is to affirm one's place in the continuum of Southern tradition, where every bite is a verse in the ongoing poem of life.
In this review, one must conclude that the Sonic Drive-In of Cleveland, stands as a testament to the enduring charm of the South, where great service and wonderful food are not mere expectations, but promises fulfilled. It is a place where, even for a moment, one can find solace in the simple pleasure of a meal well served. Sonic, in its humble way, captures the spirit of the region, offering not just sustenance, but a taste of home.
