Wow my total was $10.63, so I had a 20 and a lot of change I was trying to get rid of. 🙃 so I gave like over 2 dollars in tips. And the carhop brought me back only 9 dollars and a hand full off change!!! Go figure 🤔... the cheese coney was cold and rubbery. They did not add the onions I requested. And to beat it all when I said something she still tried to assure me she was ✅️ right! Hahahahaahah. Wow. Never again.

I was just here about an hour ago, ordered a PEANUT BUTTER shake- informing them that my husband is allergic to chocolate the lady said there will be NO Chocolate. Having formally worked for a sonic I know they clean the machine before making each shake so I figured he’d be safe. We received a Reese shake unaware until he begins breaking out in hives and we are now at the hospital. The girl we ordered from was quick to get off the microphone didn’t even put in the rest of our order because she cut us off and said it would be out soon. I understand that it was probably a teenager who we spoke to but come on be atleast a little professional. No name was provided so we can’t even formally address this situation. What an experience.

It's hit and miss working speakers or card readers and I been ok with figuring out which ones work until today. Stall 18 auto tips without your permission. I'm all for tipping but without permission is unacceptable. It also tipped a different person then who brought out the food.
