Normally great food and service. Tonight however I never made it to ordering the food the kid behind the counter never greeted us. Just stood there looking at the business phone for several minutes. He then walked off and came back with two other kids, none of which ever made eye contact or acknowledged we were there. The two walked off and the other continue playing the phone while the other two stood in the back and stared at us. We decided to just leave and go eat where people wanted us to be there.

Always love stopping here when I'm in town for the fried catfish. I don't eat beef or pork anymore but my son says it's good.

The pulled chicken was good. The ribs were the worst I have ever had. They were fat on a bone, greasy, no meat! Yuck!!!

Didn't realize that they only sell smoked wings. I've never had wings done that way. Didn't find the counter guy telling about almost getting fired that morning very reassuring either.

I’d say it’s the best bbq between here and Chatt. Very hard working, nice people. Food is amazing every single time. Get the caramel cheesecake egg roll, it is *chefs kiss* .

I absolutely love the food but this time around was disappointed in service. I called my order in a head cause I only get a 30 minute lunch break! Had to wait my whole lunch break just to get my food😔 I understand being understaffed but dang it

The banana pudding was way beyond what I expected! It is a fried pie filled with banana pudding and a side of ice cream!

Absolute the worst service in Cleveland. If I nagged about my job and treated people the way he had, I would lose my job day one. Not a single comment came out of his mouth towards us ordering food that wasn’t a smart remark. We had another order added and he acted like it was the end of the world. The smart remarks continued from the phone to the restaurant. As long as that older man is working there, I would not step foot in that place. No need to spend $20 at a restaurant if you’re getting penny services.

We called in to place 3 orders of food and asked if it would be better to order online or call , he said either or is fine , so we continue to order and he constantly makes smart remarks complaining about having to do his job and constantly made us feel like if we were bothering him , when we got there to pick up the food he kept giving smart remarks and constantly nagging like a 12 year old about having to do his job .

Had bone in wings and fries! Absolutely best in town hands down!

If I could give them 10 STARS, I definitely would!!!!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST BURGER !! I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! The meat wasn't some frozen b.s. but absolutely amazing!!! Really meat, seasoned to absolute perfection!! It got better as I ate it! The onion rings were perfection. The best selection of 5 different bbq sauces just to dip.... I would eat this every day for the rest of my life.
