Brandon is my absolute favourite and Heather they always have a smile on their face and any concerns they always are on top of it my coffee is a little complicated and when my favorite coffee was out of season they tweaked mine and made me a new one that I drink every day and sometimes twice a day. This is the best Starbucks in Cleveland... Always fast and friendly....

Wonderful friendly baristas as well.
Xoe was super accommodating and sweet! My drinks were perfect and the dining room was clean and tidy. Definitely the starbs to come to! ❤️

Drinks are great and staff friendly! Drive thru can be slow and gets frustrating to enter if there are too many vehicles.
