I went here on 2 different occasions to buy gift cards. I am not a coffee drinker, so aroma in the building was not pleasant for me. First time I went in, there was one person at the register in front of me. Second time, I went straight to the register. I waited for about 4-5 minutes on both occasions to get the cards filled. The cashiers, on both occasions, were not friendly at all. I wasn't impressed. Giving a smile and a little energy of welcomeness would improve my rating. I would neither suggest or not suggest anyone to go here.

They were slammed busy and got order ready quickly. Everyone still smiling as they worked.
Kathy, Gabe (they’re my main drive thru crew) and every other member of the morning crew are amazing. Always friendly, and fast with service. The drive thru physical location is the only reason I’m putting 4 stars. It’s always a disaster and seems to be splitting into two separate lanes then merging back to one. Cars block the entrance and the actual driving lane just to “get in line”.

My parents recently moved to Cleveland so I have been coming down to visit and I visit this Starbucks when I'm in the area. It is a very busy Starbucks but they move quick and the drinks are good.
