I had ordered a Caramel ribbon crunch frappe and may I just say I am very disappointed this is definitely the nastiest drink I have ever tasted. They made in less than two minutes theres was 0 Caramel drizzle on top nor on the side not to mention. They had 0 crunch topping they gave me grahm crackers. -2 stars for that you couldve just said they were out of crunch.

Ordered my normal drink, Grande White Chocolate Mocha, and received a cup of warm milk. Couldn’t just been an off day but that’s a pretty bad mix up.
