What a horrible dinner for me and my girls. So sad cause we spent almost 40 bucks on sloppy old nasty food. Do better steak and shake. First time I didn't order from the 4 dollar menu and yall failed 😔

The drive thru taker I had today her name is Taylor she was exceptional I have been in the food service industry for many many years and to run across a young lady who is respectful courteous and accommodating very upbeat and happy and was nice to find out she is a manager to know people are being trained by her hope to have many more nice and positive food service workers

I know it’s fast food, but for the price you get a good meal. They were extremely short staffed and still got our food to us in a timely manner. They got everything right , they were happy to serve us (at least they seemed like it) and all of us ate for less than 10$ a piece. That’s the reason for the higher rating. Didn’t seem fair to rate them any less.
