Milk tea is fire.

This location seems like it’s falling apart. The menu screens don’t work, the restrooms were out of toilet paper and the paper towel dispenser was broken. The floors are quite dirty. It’s a shame because the food is actually good, but nothing about it seems clean or welcoming.

Wow! This is some of the best Chinese "comfort food" that I have ever had. Excellent vegetarian selection. We had several styles of vegetarian dumplings, tofu gua bao, and vegetarian pho. Its rare that veggie dumplings are just as good as traditional meat dumplings, but Steam Boys do an excellent job!
Keep in mind that even though the Cleveland location says it closes at 9pm, they don't offer dine-in much after 8:15pm, and they seem to shut down a big portion of their kitchen by 8:30pm (meaning food selection becomes very limited). If you make it there early enough, to enjoy the full menu, you won't regret it!

The service was slow. Each item was brought out individually with a large amount of time in between items. The drive through customers were served before the dine in customers. The food was average at best. Oil was dripping out of the beef bao bun. The food was over priced.

Decent food, but the music is so loud. You can't hold a conversation because it's so loud. It's not a night club. You don't need to blast your crappy music.

Food was awful. It looked nothing like the photos, and was barely edible. Pork was all fat, and the chicken was paper thin, far more breading than actual chicken, as well as being rubbery.
