Placed an online order that wasn’t ready when we went to pick it up after the given time. Even though there were only 3 customers left besides us, we had waited almost a hour by the time we received our last sandwich. They announced they were out of several items. So a group of 6 left. That did make the line shorter for us. When they finally got to our order they said they were out of items and couldn’t refund us or substitute anything because a manager wasn’t there and we needed to come back Monday morning. I explained that I don’t live or work here and they only wrote on the receipt that I needed a refund. To top everything off, the sandwich bread was dry so I didn’t even get a good sandwich.

Ordered online, and they were out of basically everything and I still had to pay for it, didn’t even get the churro I PAID FOR and I couldn’t swap it out with cookies which is stupid?? My online order said it was ready, but my sandwiches weren’t actually ready until an HOUR LATER. and I’m STILL UPSET ABOUT MY CHURRO <//3. Y’all DONT waste your time here..

I stopped by Subway earlier today and had the best experience thanks to a worker there I think his name was Coby I’m almost certain of it. He was fast, friendly, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The service was amazing—efficient, clean, and with a great attitude. Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had. Thank you Coby!

I've been a frequent customer at the Willow Pointe location recently. The food is really good, and it's a nice quick stop for lunch on workdays. But I keep coming back because of Eric. He is always so very kind, seems happy to see every customer, and takes great care to make my sandwiches exactly as I like them. It's possible that he will soon know what I want to order before I do. I almost went somewhere different today for lunch, but decided that I needed to go see Eric and the Willow Pointe crew instead. It was a good call, as always.

I don’t know what is going on in this Fella Eric’s life. But dadgum if it isn’t a joy to eat here. The food is good, the store is clean, but… man I’m telling you. Eric (and his staff) keep me coming back. Positivity is contagious. God bless them.

i came in and didn’t have a complaint so to speak, but the service wasn’t necessarily the best. i think his name was eric or something like that. the food was pretty good but it usually comes out better with the normal night shift guys.

Joey and Kobe are the very best workers in any subway I have ever been to in my entire life. They are respectful, polite patient and very helpful in any situation. My family will forever shop for their subs at this location and this location only. ?? Thanks again gentlemen!!

As I stepped into the Subway on Keith Street in Cleveland, TN, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the establishment. The floors gleamed, and the tables were spotless, promising a pleasant dining experience. However, it wasn't long before I encountered an unexpected challenge to my appetite: the service. The young woman behind the counter, with her tattoo-sleeved arms and facial piercings, exuded an air of apathy that seemed to permeate the entire interaction. Her demeanor was impersonal, and she showed no interest in engaging in even the most basic small talk. It was as if she had mastered the art of detachment, rendering the customer-staff interaction devoid of any warmth or connection. As I made my way down the assembly line, I couldn't help but notice the sorry state of the toppings. Frozen and stuck to the ice buildup in the pans, they looked far from fresh. When I requested a modest sprinkle of salt and pepper on my sandwich, I was taken aback by the excessive amount poured onto it. What should have been a light seasoning turned into an overwhelming deluge, rendering my meal virtually inedible. In retrospect, it became clear that this particular Subway was more than just a place to grab a sandwich—it was a microcosm of the human experience. The sterile cleanliness masked a deeper malaise, where happiness seemed to go to die. The indifferent service and subpar ingredients mirrored a sense of emotional detachment and neglect, leaving me to ponder the psychological underpinnings of my dining experience. In conclusion, while the Subway on Keith Street may excel in terms of hygiene, its shortcomings in customer service and food quality leave much to be desired. Perhaps, in the realm of interpersonal connections, it serves as a cautionary tale—a reminder that true satisfaction goes beyond surface appearances and requires genuine care and attention from both parties involved.
