I stopped in to grab some dinner for the family after working all day. I stopped at this location and wanted 3 different subs gave clear instructions on which one I wanted to be a 6’ and which ones should be the 12’ I didn’t pay attention to what they were doing until after it was toasted I told them what I wanted on the first two then I realized that they had mixed up which was supposed to be a 6’. (I understand mix ups happen) I am a manager of a business myself I get mistakes happen that wasn’t the problem. It was the attitude and the look of disgust I was met with when I politely told them i was supposed to have a 12’ for that particular sandwich. I even apologized and said I didn’t pay attention after I told them which was which. It’s just frustrating the service I’ve had/ witnessed at this location several times. Everyone always seems like that hate being at work or being bothered by people actually coming in.

My fiancé and I were at the UPS store sending out a package. She was about to pee her pants, so we went over to this subway to pee. The staff stopped us as she got out of the restroom telling us their restrooms are only open for paying customers. Well, it’s illegal to pee on the sidewalk, and we didn’t know where else to go with how bad she had to pee. Safe to say we will never be back to this establishment.

The woman working was incredibly rude, and refused to put extra olives on my sandwich even though I watched her just give the guy before me extra mayo.

Ordered a sub online and when picked up I saw it was chicken instead of steak and had no cheese on it. After returning with the food I was told to return the next day when the manager would be there so after work I went by and told them the situation and told me they couldn’t do anything about it. Told me to call the number on the door that is no longer in service. Would not recommend going if you’re placing an order online. Very rude staff and not accommodating at all.

It'd be nice if the dude working knew what toasted meant. And also customer service. And also knew how to read a receipt instead of having to read after a customer shows up to pick up his food then get an attitude about a drink cup. Definitely won't order from here again

Just don't. Party bowls are dumb. Online ordering is confusing. Can't buy just the bread to even fix the sandwiches that I thought I ordered. Stupid. Won't order here again. Cashier was no help at all either.

I came in with 2 of my friends ( i work with) but did not order anything but a drink instead I had my own food and thought since she was ordering her food it was fine to eat with her. I did purchased a large fountain drink. The white older male was very rude and told me I could not bring food in here like that in places (it was a packed lunch from home) and when I told him I thought it would be ok since my friend was ordering. He told me just this time he would let me get away with it. They charged me $3.07 for a large water from the fountain. And I felt like we were being baby sitted lol. I'm not sure what kind of people have been through here but I guess not good ones. I dunno but my friend said her food was good just the service was not good with us anyway.

Came in around 12pm. Ordered a BMT. Older white man only put half the amount of fresh mozzarella that all the others Subways put on a foot long. He refused to put 4 whole slices of mozzarella on my sandwich, so I left and went to the Subway down the street at 3318 Keith St. NW 37312 and the young man there made my sandwich with 4 whole slices of mozzarella.

For the price of a foot long and the upcharge of mozzarella there should be 4 whole slices of cheese on the sandwich.

Needless to say the young man earned himself a tip today for doing his job correctly. ?
