The guy working today was an absolute jerk. I don’t know why I keep trying to go back to this place. Every experience sucks. I’ve never had a good experience. I bought 2 drinks and went to get ice there was BLACK MOLD all in the ice. I tried 4 times to get clean ice and kept dumping it because there was large chunks of mold. I asked if by chance they had any ice in the back or if there was something else I could get and he very rudely said, “do you want me to break it off a block back here” I said no I was just wondering if there was some somewhere else because there’s mold or something in the ice. “ there’s nothing I can do I’m just one person you can just call corporate” I responded back that’s fine can I just get a refund or swap it out for a bottle. Then again he rudely replied no that will mess up my counts there’s nothing I can do just call corporate. Not once was I mean, degrading or rude. He never once apologized or seemed concerned there was mold. Didn’t ask to see it or anything which tells me it’s been that way or he really doesn’t care. I sat the cups down and just left. If you hate your job so much that any questions or concerns make you hateful don’t be there! I called the number on the receipt (I didn’t realize it wasn’t a corporate customer service or something just assumed it was) it ended up being the DM. She wasn’t very nice or helpful either didn’t seem that she cared that her employee is always hateful every time we go in. Yes I get i called at 9pm but the receipt had no other number and again didn’t realize it was a local person. After she told me 3 times that she was off and there’s nothing she can do “I wasn’t going to answer since I’m off for thanksgiving” and “I can’t do anything until Monday” okay cool that’s fine I don’t care about the refund anymore the bigger issue is how your people talk and act to customers and obviously I didn’t mean to bother you at home, but also if your gonna include your cell phone number on a corporate receipt and you have rude employees your going to get phone calls. This isn’t the first time this guy has been there and been rude either it’s a consistent issue they never do anything about it. Also let me add there wasn’t a single person in the store either so it wasn’t like they were crazy busy. Like sorry me having a problem with drinking BLACK MOLD put a damper on your day. Do yourself a favor and just skip visiting!!!

I went to the one in Cleveland and was threatened verbally assaulted and I have contacted the corporate office because the owner will not return calls and the manager is the one who assaulted and threatened me This needs to be looked into All you have to do is watch the video

First, workers are great. This subway has been off and on regarding veggies being fresh vs half spoiled. They improved for a while. Then, prices doubled and meat was cut in half (while putting a door to prevent you from seeing what little meat and cheese they use). They finally removed the door but meat and cheese is still minimal. Just went again - lettuce and spinach looks like it's 1.5 weeks old. The worker was meticulously handling a few pieces of meat like he was give you a special prize. Since Subway just doesn't have the ability to provide fresh veggies (or any substantial meat), there are way too many great sandwich shops in town where you can get way more meat, fresh veggies, and fresh bread for the same price (at least 4xs the meat). Honestly, the bread is not bad. I think they need to stop selling sandwiches and just sell bread (maybe throw some meat in with the bread) - and you can take it home and build your own sandwich.

Husband and I ordered two subs. Both were missing multiple topping and the meats were very skimpy. Not to mention the customer service was not good at all. As soon as I walked in, the guy started laughing and angrily muttering about how much he hates his job. He immediately got attitude with me before i could say anything. Do not recommend going to this location!
I experienced poor service at this subway branch. They couldn't locate my order and provided no assistance. When I inquired about my options, the attendant dismissed me with, “I am done talking to you, I am going to go continue doing dishes now.” I paid for my order, but it was never delivered, and the staff were incredibly rude throughout the interaction. This level of service is unacceptable.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY! The employee that works here with the beard is extremely rude. As the customer why am I asking you how are you doing and all you do back is shake your head to me? He did not even open his mouth. He is so rude. This is the third encounter I have had with this boy and every time he is extremely rude. Anyway, they will not let you do separate orders and use your coupons. The prices are RIDICULOUS otherwise. So I will NOT be back here and I suggest everyone stay away.

I live closed to this subway like to go in the day time like around 12. But me and my husband as went at around 3 on a Saturday. The was ine guy working. We was the only one in the store and the guy that works their . We ask for 2 foot long we told him and had to tell him 3 times them we told we like double meat on both. I got Deluxe my husband got regular pee ordered the based I used to work at Subway. I know what goes on and how much goes on excreme mate, he did not put it. Can you put my husband as for pepper Jack? He put American we had to tell him 4 times what goes on it and how many times its toast it I watched he'll make the sandwich. I even count it out the mate that he was supposed to put on my husband's as I watched he didn't. He is very rude. He has a attitude when you asked him a question. And he does not care what you think or have to say. Because he works there he is the son. I guess of the manager and whoever else works there. So he gets to do whatever he wants and treat customers with attitudes and everything and their g. M does not call back. I called Peggy that day and left her a message. Hope and she would call me back that week. I had still not heard from her

I stopped in to grab some dinner for the family after working all day. I stopped at this location and wanted 3 different subs gave clear instructions on which one I wanted to be a 6’ and which ones should be the 12’ I didn’t pay attention to what they were doing until after it was toasted I told them what I wanted on the first two then I realized that they had mixed up which was supposed to be a 6’. (I understand mix ups happen) I am a manager of a business myself I get mistakes happen that wasn’t the problem. It was the attitude and the look of disgust I was met with when I politely told them i was supposed to have a 12’ for that particular sandwich. I even apologized and said I didn’t pay attention after I told them which was which. It’s just frustrating the service I’ve had/ witnessed at this location several times. Everyone always seems like that hate being at work or being bothered by people actually coming in.

My fiancé and I were at the UPS store sending out a package. She was about to pee her pants, so we went over to this subway to pee. The staff stopped us as she got out of the restroom telling us their restrooms are only open for paying customers. Well, it’s illegal to pee on the sidewalk, and we didn’t know where else to go with how bad she had to pee. Safe to say we will never be back to this establishment.

This subway is ALWAYS spotless & the woman (Bobby) that works days is constantly washing her hands & wiping down surfaces! Very clean!!
