They don't check online orders so pretty much if it's paid for you can just take it & go.... they've not stopped me from getting my food but they don't ask if I'm the one who that specific order is for so do with that what you want..... maybe get a friend to help outParking: Easy in & out traffic isn't an issueWheelchair accessibility: All places are it's the law.....or better yet everywhere is accessible if you're motivated enough

Came in around 12pm. Ordered a BMT. Older white man only put half the amount of fresh mozzarella that all the others Subways put on a foot long. He refused to put 4 whole slices of mozzarella on my sandwich, so I left and went to the Subway down the street at 3318 Keith St. NW 37312 and the young man there made my sandwich with 4 whole slices of mozzarella.For the price of a foot long and the upcharge of mozzarella there should be 4 whole slices of cheese on the sandwich.Needless to say the young man earned himself a tip today for doing his job correctly. ?The picture of the sandwich right before it got toasted from Keith St. is below ??????

Nice, clean subway with fresh bread & veggies! My veggie sandwich was perfectly made and delicious! The only downside of this Subway is, they will not hire another person to help out. There was only one young lady there on a Saturday afternoon. It took a while to get my sandwich. Thankfully, a nice gentleman that had an online order to pick up (it wasn't ready, because she was too busy with customers that were in line) told her to finish the people in the line, then she could make his. I thanked this man! I was in town for a conference that just ended and had a nine hour drive ahead of me. I was do glad that he was so patient!! I just feel bad for the young lady working there. This Subway owner should be more considerate of his employees and his customers.

I went to the store about 2 weeks ago. I got the steak and cheese and about 3 hours after I ate it I was deathly sick. Apparently the meat they put on my sandwich was bad. I spent a night in the hospital with food poisoning and ended up on medication I have not been that sick and a long time. There was nothing wrong with me until I ate there. What I think is, that they had meat left over from the day before and did not want to throw it away and it got warm and it went bad. I will never eat here again. This place is afraid to throw away food and people pay the consequences. I should send this place my bill.

Nasty Nasty Nasty! My steak and cheese barely had any meat on it. Worker had their kids in dining room playing with toys and taking up most of the tables. The restaurant needs to be cleaned badly!

The lady is so rude and can’t make sandwiches worth a flip. She has the worse attitude. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience with her. Somebody needs to really address her and her customer service approach.. last time I had to walk out and leave my order. This time the sandwich had one slice of ham and no cheese and the bread was so hard I gave my bf a concussion from hitting him in the head with sandwich.

The restaurant was basically a narrow walkway but it was clean from the entrance to the bathrooms in the back. They ran out of an item while making a sandwich but the person preparing it let me know instead of hiding that fact. Both employees knew how to carry on a conversation with both adults and kids. I never saw them mess up any order. When leaving, one of the employees held the door open for my family.
