So I placed a mobile order a 9:00pm. I was legit in the parking lot and watched these people turn off the lights and lock the gate connected to the store at 9:14 Melissa came out with our printed receipt and told us she can’t do the order because they was out of bread as I’m staring at the bread cabinet and see the bread. Then she tells me she can’t refund my money because she shut down the register and there isn’t a way for me to through the app. So she said she’s gonna reprint the receipt and void it out in the morning. We wasn’t rude or disrespectful, I kept saying okay because she kept saying she was sorry. I don’t know what was going on but I could see if i placed it 20 minutes before closing but a whole hour before closing. Come on subway ya gotta do better!

Update went back today guess what another excuse to why they couldn’t refund it to our card but could finally make our sandwiches. Okay please make the sandwich’s guess what nothing on this was correct.

What the hell is going on with restaurants inside Cleveland.

I work at gamestop across the street long story short I've had a rough experience with this subway before a year ago but figured I'd try again incase the orginal staff working there was changed out for a possible redemption.. I was dead wrong I closed gamestop after ordering through doordash to pick up my sub which was chicken teriyaki I had to rush over there to grab my food and ran into some issues to and back when I got to the subway the one coworker working there was outside on her phone and I walked inside in a hurry to get my food she finally walked in what felt like 5 mins later when she walked in and asked if I had a order I said yes showed her the app she handed it to me and said there you go as I walked out I said hope you have a good day as a friendly suggestion. but when I got back to gamestop it was a completely wrong sub it was a bacon ham turkey sandwich I can't eat pork I left a review through doordash and asked for a refund they accepted my request but unfortunately I went hungry cause I couldn't close the store again my coworker didnt arrive till 4 by then I was leaving in an hour. She could have at least told me she was out of the chicken or double checked to make sure the order was right. But she gave me the bag looked like she didn't care about her job. I'm never ever ever trying with this subway ever again. And it was mine cause I was the only order there and it had the cheese and the teriyaki sauce on it. Still im upset cause I really wanted that sandwich.

Server had a horrible attitude and was lazy. I had for to wait 30min in the empty dinning room before getting to order my sandwich just for a bug to come squirming out of it when I got home.

Too bad there is not a zero stars option. The employee was not the least bit friendly, professional or polite. Never greeted me, just said “what do you want”. I said a veggie delight on flat bread, she said the flat bread is frozen have to make it on regular old bread. In a joking manner I said regular old bread. I stumbled on what kind of bread I wanted and said white, to which she said “ you don’t need to make all those noises at me”. I was a bit aggravated so I said “okay well” and she said okay I started to walk out and she started to mumble “you don’t need to talk to me like that. Will never go there again!

As soon as I walked in the employee was sitting at a table looked up at me and shook their head as if I just ruined their life because I wanted to come in and get a sandwich. They then looked back down and was scratching off lottery tickets when they was finished scratching their tickets and got up to go behind the counter I just turned around and walked out. I’m sorry to whoever signs their paycheck bc they HAVE to be losing money

As soon as I walked in at 9:20am(opening time 9:00am) the first thing to come out there mouth was I just got here. We’re not ready then proceed to tell I don’t know why that door is unlocked. Then proceeds to argue with me that normal people don’t come in at 9 o’clock to order. Food was extremely rude. Very unprofessional subway you can do so much better. This is not the first time it’s happened every single time I come in here the employees have an attitude are rude just downright disrespectful. And to top it all off, the profession is not there consider considering your employees are showing up to work and pajama pants and stain hoodies while they prepare other peoples food. Come on Subway of Cleveland you can do better a lot better

The lady working was busy on her phone for at least 45 seconds before looking up to say I'm waiting for you to order with a very nasty attitude. I asked for extra cheese she grabs a pinch of 6 or 7 shredds and says this is (our) extra, again with the nasy attitude! I asked for parmesean and instead of getting more she opens the can and literally fingers the tiny bit stuck in the bottom and dumps it on my sandwich I'd love to speak with the owner

The person didn't have a hair net, had dandruff all over her and made the sub wrong.

Server is rude. Would yell at you and was too distracted so needed to be reminded several times about my sandwich choices. No napkins over the counter and when i asked for some would not give me more than three sheets of napkins. I understand working on weekends is not fun but you might as well close down the place if you are going to treat your customers in a shitty way.
