As soon as I walked in at 9:20am(opening time 9:00am) the first thing to come out there mouth was I just got here. We’re not ready then proceed to tell I don’t know why that door is unlocked. Then proceeds to argue with me that normal people don’t come in at 9 o’clock to order. Food was extremely rude. Very unprofessional subway you can do so much better. This is not the first time it’s happened every single time I come in here the employees have an attitude are rude just downright disrespectful. And to top it all off, the profession is not there consider considering your employees are showing up to work and pajama pants and stain hoodies while they prepare other peoples food. Come on Subway of Cleveland you can do better a lot better

The lady working was busy on her phone for at least 45 seconds before looking up to say I'm waiting for you to order with a very nasty attitude. I asked for extra cheese she grabs a pinch of 6 or 7 shredds and says this is (our) extra, again with the nasy attitude! I asked for parmesean and instead of getting more she opens the can and literally fingers the tiny bit stuck in the bottom and dumps it on my sandwich I'd love to speak with the owner

The person didn't have a hair net, had dandruff all over her and made the sub wrong.

Server is rude. Would yell at you and was too distracted so needed to be reminded several times about my sandwich choices. No napkins over the counter and when i asked for some would not give me more than three sheets of napkins. I understand working on weekends is not fun but you might as well close down the place if you are going to treat your customers in a shitty way.

So me and my girlfriend did a online order and we get there and there is no one up front then we didn’t think we should’ve checked, we got home and opened the sandwiches both of them were burnt and they were so poorly made we would’ve been better to get something from speedway or Weigel’s

Parking: My Granddaughter Oakley love to eat at Subway, so we are frequent fliers at this place especially the one in Curry, Alabama. The food is always fresh and delicious and the employees are especially nice and helpful.

Worst staff ever met in whole USA. Zero customer service as a well owned name subway this is the worst staff and worst service I have ever experienced. Staff was so rude I ordered 2 subways lady was not at all putting in veggies or anything when I asked for putting it a little bit more she argued over it and charging me extra dollars. So this is the worst place ever. If Subway can't operate it properly please close this shifty place with such kind of people. And also told us get out of the store.

Stopped by today and got a pizza sub. The lady behind the counter wasn't familiar with said sub but she allowed me to walk her through it. She was very friendly, so was her coworker that recommended the chipotle chips. The store was immaculate and the lady that made my subs made sure to wash her hands and change gloves accordingly. This is a complete turn around from last time a few months ago. My pizza sub was the best in years btw!

Lady wanted to argue about toasting the flatbread. She said it made it hard and easy to tear. Very frustrating. I almost left but decided to dig my heals in and order it the way I wanted. It was fine.
