I have been a Cleveland native for 34 years. I think every single person in this town has probably been to this Taco Bell before.
Let’s be honest. We have all been served a hot pile of dog crap from this restaurant. You think to yourself, ‘oh, maybe it’s a bad day. Oh, maybe it’s busy and they were just in a rush. Oh, maybe they are understaffed.’
We have all worked terrible jobs. I am sure that this job is not great. But holy, I am done with it after tonight.
Got a classic 7 buck craving box. Looking forward to a chalupa and a sweet beefy five layer. I asked for no sour cream and to add creamy jalapeño, which I paid extra for, (nearly a dollar for sauce? When you took dairy off the order? Seems crazy on a 7 dollar order, but I love the stuff). I received the box, and dug into the chalupa first.
Unfortunately, a cheeky worker at this Taco Bell thought it would be funny to flood my chalupa with sour cream. At least three full pumps from their equipment. They also didn’t include the requested sauce (a dollar down the drain and my meal completely ruined.)
I called the Taco Bell, completely defeated. I told them I didn’t want to get a refund or a replacement, but rather I just want to let them know how hard they let me down. The woman on the phone, though trying to be nice, gave me a completely canned response twice in a row. They could have at least offered an apology or said that they took it seriously and would pass is on to management, they just said I could come get more food.
She then froze in silence for about 20 seconds, and I concluded the call wishing them the best. I still had my burrito, and was looking forward to it. It was heavy, so it potentially could have been a great one. Unfortunately, when I bit into it the entire burrito was completely full of beans.
I don’t like to be mean. I don’t mean to raise a fuss. But screw you guys. Never again.

So, I would like to say a few things about my last 3 experiences at the location on Keith St. I go there because it's convenient when traveling thru town, coming and going home. I prefer the one on APD 40. As the food seems much more worth the price. The customer service is great in the drive thru and it's pretty fast too,however, the quantity of meat in the food is severely lacking. I always buy the cheesy Gordita crunch. The cost is somewhere in the $4-5 range. However the amount of meat couldn't possibly be more than 75cent worth. I thought maybe the last few times were just an error. But honestly this is my last visit. I bought 4 of them and this is what I get??? I have a picture and if I can, I will post.

Very crappy service won’t refund you any money from a online order that didn’t get delivered to me it’s ridiculous if they can’t do there job right they don’t need it

Every time I have ordered from here I am mad that u wasted my money and always have to go back thru the long drive thru again just to have them fix what they didn’t do in first place. I would never go back if my kids didn’t like it but since last time I doubt they will be wanting anytime soon!!! Don’t waste ur money seriously
This place is too slow. They put the drive thru before people in the lobby who were here first. They stand around too much talking and goofing off. They did not give me everything I ordered and the food was poorly put together. I will not be back!

I am so disgusted with this establishment. A lady who's name i believe was Harley (wasn't in uniform nor had a badge) yelled at my daughter, who was simply asking for a cup (that wasn't given with our order that also happened to be wrong). I got up, and said we just need the cup for the drink that came with the meal, that's all. She told me she wasn't giving me a cup, but was giving me a refund. She then proceeded to tell me she was going to call the law. When in truth, she verbally assaulted my child, and tried to rob me ( by not giving what we paid for) In addition to this abuse, I had my elderly father with me, who also has dementia and Parkinson's. He couldn't understand why this "lady" was upset with his grand daughter. He was so confused/upset we had to help him walk out of the restaurant. So, to sum it up, absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. Not only was the food wrong and a lot of items missing the lady behind the counter named Harley verbally assaulted a young girl with me because she ask for a cup that wasn’t given with our order. Harley told us we could not have our cup and she would call the cops if we didn’t leave after a brief exchange of words on the matter of missing food, rude service, and the verbal assault to a child. Will never be back to this Taco Bell and will be taking this issue up with corporate.

I was at this Tacobell and BC I am Vegetarian I specifically ordered 2 Spicy Tacos and Cheesy beans and rice Burritos, Grilled. I was in Drive thru, picked up my order and came to my work, and guess what i found...MEAT in both tacos and Burrito wasn't grilled. I make sure twice about Grill Burrito and she told me, I already put that in.. Worst Taco Bell, I would never go back again.
