This Taco Bell drives me crazy. The food is fine but when it’s busy, they hold everybody at the line and won’t let anybody pull up to the window because the timer starts counting and so they slow everybody down because they don’t want a bad time, whatever the policy is that’s making them Do this needs to change because by them gaming their own internal system it takes twice as long when they are busy

This location puts more wet lettuce on tacos, than meat and cheese. They are always small and soft taco shells are soggy from wet lettuce. Today I got a chili cheese burrito add sour cream. It was the size of a taco roll up and when I say pea size speck of sour cream on the last bite, I'm serious. I paid almost a dollar extra to add the sour cream I'm so sick of the employees making skimpy items. Each item is suppose to weigh a certain amount and most employees make stuff that ways under half of what it's supposed to weight. The aod40 location let's me down the least and make their tacos more to standard, while the Paul huff and north lee highway locations closest to me, make scrawny, skimpy, sloppy and very small menu items. Would be nice if there were more consistentancy across the board with all locations. What a let down I had today choosing the Paul huff location today. I'm also still hungry and tired of not getting what I, the consumer, paid for. 😩

Stood there for at least 10mins while 4 of them stood over at the drive through. No one came they didn't even say hey guys we will be right with you! So we left and came to Burger King. We will not be back. You want business hire better people!

To the absolute master chef that made my Chalupa with extra meat and spicy ranch sauce on uber eats, I salute you! It was the closest thing to a Baja chalupa I've had in 20 years! You are appreciated!

I’ve never had a problem with this taco bell before but tonight was it for me ! I ordered a box with a large diet pepsi and then donated and rounded up to the nearest dollar. i went to the window and they handed me a medium diet pepsi i said i ordered a large but that’s fine then a young blonde girl wanna pop off and be extremely rude saying i ordered a medium no i did not just like i had tell her multiple times i wanted a soft taco instead a hard one ! but the thing is do not be rude when you work in customer service

We do NOT like having to order from these kiosk. 1- sorry we haven't made it a point to do this so it makes it VERY DIFFICULT! 2- I would much rather have face to face with a real live breathing human being that I am Able to SPEAK with . And interact with makes it much more friendly personal pleasing. 3- you are more likely to get your order correctly. A machine can not fix it the way you want it and then your stuck with what they gave you ... Because what you normally order is NOT on the machines menu and no one around to help you ... As if they want to and gonna make the effort to come over and offer ... So very disappointed with trip to Taco Bell in Cleveland and I ended up with what I did NOT want what really wanted on my chuluepa thank you for doing nothing!!!!
