There's never no one ever register to take your order you have to stand and wait there at least 3 to 5 minutes

The dipping burritos are insultingly small. The amount you are charging for the amount of food you get is ridiculous. The chalupa was also super soggy and falling apart right out of the packaging. I am always excited to try out new menu items but have been incredibly disappointed by my experience with this product and with the quality of food here. The app also let me order drive thru even though it was closed and I had to walk in. The tea was not up front so I had to get one of the staff to get it for me. Overall a very unsatisfactory visit, and I will not be returning to this location.

Spoke with Mgr on duty named Chris after we left the store to let him know what a fantastic and nice young gentleman named Kenny that he had working the drive through. Also food was great. Thank you Kenny for having such a wonderful personality. It’s nice to see young people working that seem to appreciate having a job.

This is the best Taco Bell in town! The staff here is a pleasure to be around. Eric in particular is always super cheerful and happy to help. He even calculated some items to help me get the best deal. We ordered two vanilla cream freezes and their machine only let him give us one and he STILL kept trying. Most places would give up, but not Eric! I also always order things super chaotically with modifications and additions but even with that, they always get it right.

The manager Chris is the problem with this store. Rude and condescending for no reason. He probably needs a different job because clearly he can’t handle this one. Maybe Amanda should look up the security footage and see how he treats his customers.

Skimpy tacos. I added beans to my taco, and instead of giving me beef and beans, full amounts, they gave me a puny amount of each. I paid for a full taco. Not a half ass made crap.

Flew into Cleveland for work and did not have a rental car. Attempted to go to Taco Bell however the inside was closed. I then attempted to walk through the drive through and the “manager” (guy in glasses) bum rushes the window saying somebody died and he can’t serve me. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and told me I should try the Waffle House across the street. When I asked for the corporate number to express my frustration he ripped off a receipt that had the number to the restaurant and closed the window in my face. If this is the policy I absolutely understand and respect just believe this could have been communicated differently.

This Taco Bell drives me crazy. The food is fine but when it’s busy, they hold everybody at the line and won’t let anybody pull up to the window because the timer starts counting and so they slow everybody down because they don’t want a bad time, whatever the policy is that’s making them Do this needs to change because by them gaming their own internal system it takes twice as long when they are busy

This location puts more wet lettuce on tacos, than meat and cheese. They are always small and soft taco shells are soggy from wet lettuce. Today I got a chili cheese burrito add sour cream. It was the size of a taco roll up and when I say pea size speck of sour cream on the last bite, I'm serious. I paid almost a dollar extra to add the sour cream I'm so sick of the employees making skimpy items. Each item is suppose to weigh a certain amount and most employees make stuff that ways under half of what it's supposed to weight. The aod40 location let's me down the least and make their tacos more to standard, while the Paul huff and north lee highway locations closest to me, make scrawny, skimpy, sloppy and very small menu items. Would be nice if there were more consistentancy across the board with all locations. What a let down I had today choosing the Paul huff location today. I'm also still hungry and tired of not getting what I, the consumer, paid for. 😩
