Was just here with my bf and they gave me two of my order? But he did not get his when he ordered BEFORE me. Watched many people come and go until we finally asked. Then they handed me another one of my same order. We addressed that the burrito was supposed to be under chow and it was supposed to have onion.

Quick and efficient, reasonably tasty.
Vegetarian options: Lots of items with beans and salad. And of course, cheese!
Extremely disappointed. When the order was placed the individual working was extremely slow and didn’t answer when questions were asked, they sounded like they didn’t know what they were doing. When we received the food, they messed up everything that was ordered and left out a food item from a meal. The food was made extremely sloppy!

Everytime there is a drive thru line and you try to go inside you are completely ignored. I personally work fast food and the customer is the reason you get paid regardless if it’s drive thru or dine in ! The service when busy is absolutely horrible! Obviously they need to hire some people

They added very little to the cheesy street steak chalupas it was just onion and jalapeno ranch dressing. Six tacos filled with onion and ranch and no meat. Such a was a money. I'm never eating at this taco bell again.
AN HOUR AND A HALF after ordering I finally got the managers attention and they STARTED COOKING my food. And when I got it and asked if I could at least get a discount for wasting my afternoon, the manager claimed she didn't know how. She was rude and it could not have been clearer she didn't care about her job, this was the worst fast food experience I have EVER had.
