Why every time I order mobile or drive thru I have to wait at the speaker for what seems like five minutes for them to make my food. Never pull up to the speaker then wait on you get what you ordered and then tell you to pull around to the window. I don’t care wait at the window but having me wait at the speaker makes it seem like it’s taking me a long time to order when it fact it is the people inside… trying to fake fast service rates

Tables and floors were NASTY and Noone was in there except 2 other couples and they acted like they were so busy but wasn't busy nor cleaning!!!
Taco Bell has been a favorite of ours for over 40 years I remember going there as a little girl ..taking my kids and now my grandkids ...we love Taco Bell ..If I could change one thing it would be their meat it's not like it used to be they've changed their meat( beef)

It's sad when there's no meat in the chicken quesidila , but the chaluppas had plenty ?. And instead of sour cream on the side, 2 things of the hot cheese that wasn't order except with natcho fries. Just please make sure there is an even amount of meat , etc on the food
