The smoothies here are seriously worth it! They are so satisfying and a great size. There’s honestly so many that I like that I don’t have a favorite, but I love the chia banana boost, cranberry truffle, and Bahama mama. The food is really filling especially if you also get a smoothie. The vibe here is always cheery and welcoming! Love it.Vegetarian options: You can get any food item without chicken on it, but there is also plant based protein available!Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu with food and smaller smoothies for the little ones! Cookies or edible straws also make fun items for the kids.

The 1st time I visited a Tropical Smoothie Cafe was out of town and it was such a pleasant experience. When I found out there was a location in Cleveland I was super excited and couldn't wait to get another Avocolada. I visited this location maybe twice and neither times it was the experience I had hoped for. The environment made me feel uncomfortable, as soon as I walked in I just felt out of place and the not so friendly staff didn't make my experience any better. It felt as if I was getting bare minimum service. I didn't bother to sit down and enjoy my smoothie, I honestly just wanted to get out of there. I haven't been back in quite some time and after seeing such negative reviews on Yelp I don't plan to. It's so upsetting to hear the truth about an establishment. I'm typically a very forgiving person but this is something that is unacceptable. The right actions need to be taken to seriously improve this location. No doubt that change is needed. Hoping for a miracle to save this place but for now I will not be visiting and definitely won't be recommending to others.

Place is gross! Don't eat here. Every time I have a smoothie or a wrap (twice) I have stomach issues. It's probably the chicken. Morning service is awful. Compared to Jamba Juice the place looks filthy. This is probably a franchise because other Tropical Smoothies never made me sick.

A couple times I've visited the cafe in Cleveland I've noticed they was all the nut blenders with the regular ones. I'm someone who is highly allergic to nuts and noticing that made me cringe. I will never get a smoothie at this location due to that reasoning the food is mediocre, and gives me diarrhea both times I've eaten at this location. From now on I think I'll stick with the Chattanooga location. Love tropical just not this location!!

The flatbread at this cafe is unbelievable, the best I ever tasted. I would highly recommend this place as their staff are very friendly and the food is outstanding.

We usually have decent service and food but today our wrap was so small and they apologized cause they were in a rush due to the crowd… odd response from workers

My smoothie last week wasn’t anything special, so I decided to come back today to check on a food item. Chicken pesto wrap was prepared in such a short period of time, only possible when it’s done in a microwave. That for me is a no-go.
