The chocolate burgers are disgusting now. They used to be great. I wasted money on them and threw them in the trash. Very disappointed!!

My wife got a dozen of the thumb print cookies and she loves them! Also got a piece of petit fours and I had a bite and it was delicious!! The prices are good and the pastries are amazing!! We are full time rv'ers and this is one of my wife's favorite bakeries she has found traveling the country! I definitely recommend!!

I've been coming here for 35 years. I walked in expecting the normally outstanding customer service they've always given.

There were two young ladies working. Mad kudos for a young person having a job. Unfortunately they were not well trained. There was a big issue about shipping some things. These ladies were clueless to what I needed. They didn't seem to care.

I'm sad to say, I won't be going back. I'm sad to say I'll be heading to Townhouseby from now on. They appreciate their customers.

If you like apple fritters, these are fresh and big as your foot.

I ordered a smash cake & cupcakes 4 days ago for my daughters birthday which is TOMORROW! I called this morning at 9am and asked if I could pickup early since my scheduled pickup was at 11. They said no and that they were just starting to work on the cake. The village has been my go-to for cakes for the last 4 years, and the quality of work has been phenomenal but the cake I picked up today was horrible. The cupcakes are fine but the design I asked for on the smash cake was very sloppy and thrown together and doesn’t look like a professional did it, nor what I asked for. I will not be returning to get another cake from them again. The front desk worker is also extremely unfriendly both times I came into the store. Now it is the day before and thankfully I found an actual professional to make me a completely new cake.

I ordered over 100.00 worth of thumbprint cookies in December. The tracking showed they were never shipped. I contacted the bakery and they said they would replace or refund. I asked for a replacement. Here it is 3 months later and still no cookies even after several failed contacts. Buyer beware if you are ordering for shipping! As far as I am concerned they stole my money. The original owners would never have done business like this!

As always the snacks are AMAZING! My issue is the worker behind the counter. The last 2-3 times me and my fiance have went the worker has had the worst attitude. Hopefully she gets a better attitude or a replacement gets found because it definitely ruins the experience.

i called today (Valentines Day ) to see if they had a heart shaped cake decorated and she said yes with purple and pink flowers . My husband picked it up so he didnt look at it . First of all the girl said they didnt put one back for me and would have to make me one. The cake is a plain white round cake with tea cookies around it and the cake is so stale it tasted like it had sat out on counter uncovered for 2 weeks ! We have ordered lots of cakes for every occasion but this was the worse and last couple birthday cakes I ordered were terribly stale !!! I will need to find another cake baker now !

Cake was dry. I got it for a birthday and wished I hadn't. I was really hoping for better. This was my first time buying a cake from them and I won't be buying another.

Couple weeks ago, I walked in picked up two cream horns. They were fantastic, soft, tender, delicious went back today picked two more up both of them or stale and rock hard

I had a problem getting my cookies delivered but I finally got in touch with the bakery. They refunded my money and sent me my cookies. Their thumbprint cookies are the best!

I ordered thumbprint cookies as Christmas gifts. Three orders were to be delivered on December 19 and one order on December 21. None have been delivered and the bakery will not return my calls or emails. Are they going out of business?

My local family ordered me cookies for christmas. Due to be delivered before christmas. The tracking number showed up on my USPS app "awaiting to be shipped" FOR OVER A WEEK. these cookies were packed up, and left on a shelf at the bakery for over a week.

You shipped me week old cookies, and didn't ship them for over a week, for what reason? I emailed you guys to get a reason for this and was left with no answer.

The person who ordered the cookies needs to be refunded for week old cookies arriving a week late
