Another great Waffle House. Has anyone ever found one that wasn't?

I love the people and I love the way they prepare eggs (perfectly over medium) and hash browns. I really wish they'd offer spicy chicken sausage LINKS, however, not those tough little patties they make. Prices are great and I really do enjoy having Sunday morning breakfast there, though. Check it out.

I would not recommend eating here ,They need to reconsider their management and review how Ms.Brittany treats her customers and also her coworkers .I seen her just throw customers plates to the table with no customer service experience whats so ever ,and she does not know how to treat or talk to her coworkers .She does not deserve the position she has nor the job that was given to her .If you have another place to eat as an option I would go there instead of this waffle house ,I would love to contact corporate for how I seen her service experience.

this location is just off I 75 in the middle of a lot of other restaurants. They seemed to be training quite a few new staff members the day I was here, but the service was fast and friendly. The food was prepared exactly the way I expect it to beat Waffle House: eggs that were hot, hashbrowns that were crispy, and butter toast. The restroom was clean, parking was easy. Definitely worth the stop.

It is Saturday busy but dang the waitress were beyond hateful. I had to pull back from snapping on her. Her tone was completely disrespectful. Her replies were board line arguementive. The food was good but the atmosphere was craptastic. Fair warning Tiffy you come at me again with that attitude when Im just trying to have a peaceful breakfast , I maybe finding myself in a cell and im okay with that.

Service was absolutely amazing. Both Amanda’s do an excellent job taking care of us, but the food just isn’t as good as it used to be. We got so used to Gary and everything coming out perfect every time. We were spoiled. I don’t think we will be coming back until the food quality is back where it once was at this location. We were just so used to the consistency of quality food. Makes a difference when you have cooks that care about what they do.

Had a great experience at this Waffle House! Ruth was particularly nice to our group of four! Service was fast and the waffles were spot on!
I'm not used to walking into a Waffle House but if every Waffle House has a Rachel leading the place I would go every day!

Normally I would give higher as this is the absolute best wake house in Cleveland Tennessee. However consistently they have as they did tonight fail at my order all the way around. I asked for a waffle first she said ok but didn't drop it till five minutes after she put my order in. I asked for no onions, wheat bread grilled. I got grilled onions and Texas toast which may have been grilled. My hash browns were barely cooked. And I had to ask three times for me drink.
Also I called to ask a question and they hung up on me. So it depends who's there working. If Kayla is there you should be fine. If the big girl in black cook outfit is there all don't care.

My experience at this waffle house was great.It was a dine in for too. It's easy to get to off the highway if you're on vacation and get back on with no problem. And I put it on my I google maps to stop again when i'm on vacation

Everyone had attitudes when we were there. Meat tasted rotten, and eggs were under cooked. The server barely came around and never got refills. I guess it's a place that's open late at night.
