Went in the drive through. Food was very thrown together. Didn't like nothing I got. Salted caramel frosty awful. I thought I was getting a mushroom swiss type burger but nope. Idk what it was. I will go back to Wendy's but not for those items. Just not my thing. Give a single please!
I love Wendy's but the customer service at this location is terrible. I placed a mobile order but when I got home I realized I got the wrong burger so I went back. I understand mistakes happen so I was not upset however, the manager has never been friendly and acted like their own mistake was my fault. He had an annoyed tone the entire interaction and shoved the correct burger in my face along with a very back handed "good night" and slammed the window shut. All of the other staff members are super friendly but I have no idea why the manager of all people is so hateful.

Was there recently and the lobby was a mess, tables were dirty. Waited at the register to place our order, and the employee was in the restroom. Came out and immediately touched money then my order.

I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru and after I waited in the long line they said I had to come in to get it. Once I went inside they argued with me and the “manager” was extremely rude and disrespectful to me saying I placed an order to pickup inside when I have a receipt that shows it’s for the drive thru. He was also rude to the staff, including an employee who said it was her first day, and told her to hurry up and bag my order because he was tired of dealing with me. After waiting a good 10 minutes for my food, I got home and realized multiple items that I ordered were missing from my order. I have never had such a bad experience at any fast food place before.
You know you go to a fast food restaurant you expect a couple things… -FAST delivery of your food-this didn’t happen (I have never had speedy service from this location in the 10+ years I have lived on this side of town) -your food to be right! Twice this week they have messed up my order first time was when I ordered for a patient and tonight was my family’s dinner. And I mean when you are paying damn near $50 for 4 meals you expect it to be right and FRESH which brings me to my last expectation -FRESH FOOD! I mean you have made me pull up to wait on fries and chicken nuggets by golly I expect them fries and nuggets to burn me when I take a bite before I leave the parking lot not be room temperature!

They always get the drive thru orders incorrect. I spend way too much money for them to get 3 out of 4 meals wrong. Wouldn’t recommend drive thru service would only eat in if I ever go back.
