While the food is always good, it is very rarely correct. Just tonight I ordered a Bacon deluxe burger with lettuce wrap (no bun), add mustard and extra Asiago cheese. What I got was two patties on a bun with cheese and mustard… NO BACON, NO TOMATO, NO LETTUCE, NO PICKLES, NO MAYO, NO ASIAGO CHEESE AND DEFINITELY NO LETTUCE WRAP. I don’t know if the staff can read or just doesn’t care. The last time I ordered a small Baconator and received a regular cheese burger.
No. -10/10 when the night shift girl at the window is spending 20 minutes talking to the lady in the truck ahead of us before finally she decided to tell us they are closed but their menu board and all the lights were on. If you are closed why are you talking at the window? Close down and do your job instead of letting the line pile up with cars and people driving around the building watching her talk away as they show signs of frustration when they drive by.
