I just left there 10 minutes ago. The lady at the counter was getting a Doordash order ready so I stood there for what seemed like forever. She finally took my order and got my fries and set them up on the tray then disappeared into the back. About 8 minutes later she comes back up front and tells the cook she is waiting on a single burger. I'm assuming they handed it out the drive through while she was in the back. After a long wait I was told my food was ready it was the same fries that sat on the counter the entire time. I said something and she just looked at me like I was crazy. I sat down and opened my burger to find a Nasty mess ketchup everywhere and a double burger. I told her my order was wrong, my fries were cold. I said just forget it and I dumped it in the garbage. This was the worse experience I have had at a Wendy's anywhere.

It's always amazing to stumble over a great Wendy's while on a looooong road trip. The service was great. The food was fresh, the restaurant was spotless and the bathrooms were very clean. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Thank you!

Multiple times I've tried giving this location on different shifts chances. Either by using the app or ordering in person. They clearly can't get a staff that cares or is capable of following basic instructions. The amount of food left missing out of my bag easily totals over $20. I will not be returning and I suggest you do, as well. Unless you like wasting your money.

Always check your orders here. We used to frequent this location because we lived near it and it never failed that something would be left out. We visited recently (10/18 evening) and they left out a two large items and they are very unbothered by that. With that in mind, it is the average you get anywhere now.

I just went about an hour ago and got a lemonade. It tasted like straight alcohol! I swallowed a sip before the taste hit me, and I spit out the rest. It smelled and tasted very fermented, almost like beer. Very disappointing ):

The last 2 trips were unacceptable. burgers were awful…meat was dry. Buns were hard. Way too much ketchup. Won’t be going back for a while! ?

The manager is such a sour puss. The drink machines were out of syrup, so much so, that the colas and juices were basically water. The lemonade was sour as well. Tried to let the manager know and she had the worst attitude. They got all young kids behind the grill and I don't know why the food seems tossed together.

I am local to the area. Went thru the drive thru at 10:00 pm on 8-10-24. Ordered a number 1 with no cheese. Of course it had cheese on it. It had so much mayo, ketchup and mustard on it that it was a sopping mess. The French fries were old and the whole meal was thrown in the garbage. This is the third and last time in recent weeks that the food was so bad we through it out. We are done with this Wendy’s location. The managers and crew should be fired. Start over. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!
