This is a very busy establishment during the lunch hour.You can easily expect 20 minutes to get your food if you eat inside. I don't see how the drive-thru could be any faster. They have a hard-working crew on staff.

I just left there 10 minutes ago. The lady at the counter was getting a Doordash order ready so I stood there for what seemed like forever. She finally took my order and got my fries and set them up on the tray then disappeared into the back. About 8 minutes later she comes back up front and tells the cook she is waiting on a single burger. I'm assuming they handed it out the drive through while she was in the back. After a long wait I was told my food was ready it was the same fries that sat on the counter the entire time. I said something and she just looked at me like I was crazy. I sat down and opened my burger to find a Nasty mess ketchup everywhere and a double burger. I told her my order was wrong, my fries were cold. I said just forget it and I dumped it in the garbage. This was the worse experience I have had at a Wendy's anywhere.
