I rarely review any fast food place. Today, Wendy's got it so right. Thank you. I ordered a baked potatoe and theanager said ot would take 10 minutes. I told him I couldn't wait that long. Instead I ordered a double cheese ..I offered to pay the difference, and he said, "it's on us". Very kind. I like this store and management because he made my lunch swift and easy. #thank you!!!

I listed all the items i was ordering and redeemed an offer in the app. The cashier incorrectly assumed I wanted a combo then complained about having to void it. Eye rolling, sighs, and exasperation from both her and her manager in front of my from HER mistake. It was her own fault for putting it in like that and she have me attitude for having to press buttons for 15 seconds. Unreal. How does that make any sense?

They were very fast with our orders. We had a group of 12 come in and order individually and as soon as we paid our order was ready and it was fresh and hot. The absolute best service and we got all our food in less than 5 minutes when normally it takes us at least 10-15 so we're all very pleased and happy with our

Hamburgers and fries were not hot, bun was cold. Tasted like it was pre-prepared and had been sitting for awhile. The attendant was not clear in explaining options for the burgers and talked down to me.

Unfriendly Service! Burger made wrong When I ordered my food through the drive-thru the attendant didn't greet me. They were very short with their speakings and I didn't find them. Very friendly. When I reached the drive-thru window they didn't say hello. They just told me the amount and as I went to pay them they disappeared. I asked for ketchup. She said it was in the bag and closed the window. I looked in the bag it was only two packs but she was nowhere to be found so I drove away. There was no one behind me . When I took my food out to eat it I had asked for no onions and my burger all the way. There was no mustard on the burger ?. The fries were not very hot either and the two packs of ketchup we're not enough for me with my large fry. I didn't feel like the drive-through attendant was very friendly. She didn't smile. She didn't say hello. She didn't have any greetings or salutations. For $10 a meal at a burger restaurant, you would think at least you could have friendly service with a smile. For this reason, I'm very disappointed at this Wendy's and I hope that their management team can work on training their staff, how to be friendly to the customer and how to be more attentive so that the customer gets the condiments and their food made properly the way they desire. Since this is Wendy's and they always ask you what you would like on your burger and that's the way it's been since even before the drive-thru attendant was born when I work there as a teen. Next time I'll probably go to a different Wendy's or maybe I'll just go get some pizza instead.

I'm normally a very easy-going customer, but this Wendy's managed to get me irritated. I went through the drive thru for lunch today, ordered, and mentioned that I had a coupon. I got questioned about the coupon before being told to drive around to the window where a manager looked at it and harassed me as if I were trying to pass counterfeit coupons! It had come straight out of a Wendy's order from the location I normally visit closer to my house that happens to be owned by a different franchisee. Under those circumstances, I can understand different promotions going on, but all it required was a polite, "We're sorry, we aren't accepting those coupons, because we're a different franchisee" would have sufficed, not the rude reaction I faced today. In the future, I'm going to avoid that location and, if I can work out which others in the area belong to the same franchisee, I'm plan to avoid the related ones as well.

The lobby is finally open! I came by here several times after they opened and the lobby was closed. But they were open today and the food was hot and made to order. I was happy with it!
