Went to grab a burger and two -ten piece nugs(garlic parm and honey barbecue). Got home and the garlic Parmesan had leaked all in my car because they didn’t put the lid on. Open up the container and only 9 nuggets. Take the container off that was already off and only 9 nuggets. 😂 so that was enough I went back.
The manager is very rude and acted like it was my fault 😂 grabbed my bag like he was mad and threw the food away. He made me a fresh meal with 20 nuggets. Then looked and said that happens with those lids 😂…. idc really about the lid, I care about counting to 20!
What happened to I’m sorry, let me fix your order??
This place sucks!! Highly recommend not going here unless you want to meet a 5’6 manager dude with a terrible attitude!

It’s not the food that makes this place bad FYI. I wouldn’t say rude but riding the line, definitely not friendly or even concerned at all. Just so very uninviting and they way prices are these days it matters, people will go somewhere else where they feel appreciated to spend their hard earned monies.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever went to! They are so rude, nobody there was doing their job they was all on their phones including the manager and goofing off. When I asked to speak to their manager she was very rude as well and definitely should not be working as a manager as she can’t even do her job correctly and cannot get her employees to act right. I highly do not recommend going to this Wendy’s when it’s morning time. My food was very cold, I didn’t receive my correct order. Like get it together Wendy’s this is just ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Lying about frosty machine not working. Not ok. As I watched employees just playing on their phones.

To whom it may concern; I am allowed 30 minutes for lunch. I work less than 3 minutes from your facility. Upon arriving, I entered the drive-thru lane and took my place in line behind the only other vehicle in the drive-thru. Unfortunately for me, the driver of that vehicle consumed a ridiculous amount of time at the speaker. They pull forward, I do the same and stop at the speaker, then put my car in park and shut off the ignition. I was asked to wait. Instinctively, I assumed (again) more time is being consumed by the same driver but now at the drive-thru window. Less than 4 minutes later, I hear an apology for my wait and then asked if I was ready to order. With efficacy, my order was place and received. I pull forward to see the driver in front of me STILL at the window, and..yet again, consuming more time. Finally I arrive at the window. All goes well until I am left waiting for the purchase receipt for my order. Less than 90 seconds later, the employee looked at me and that is when I stated that I was waiting for my receipt. At which time he immediately looked at me and asked, “do you want a receipt?” That question cost your establishment a 5 star review. Aside from his mistake, the inconsiderate driver in front of me in drive-thru, as well as the incorrect syrup + carbonation ratio for the Dr. Pepper dispenser, my visit was acceptable. Maybe next time I will get a receipt.

So go if you want cold fries if you love a stale bun and a cold throwed together hamburger this will be a good place to go, I know we won't go back this is twice we went and so that's it for us

The main issue was the service here. As soon as I got to the window he told me to hold. There was only one car ahead of me and I waited at least 3 minutes before he came back to the speaker. While ordering the gentleman kept asking me to repeat my ordered. After repeating my order for the fourth time I assumed either the speaker was broken or he wasn't paying attention. I simply ordered 3 six piece nuggets, 1 four piece nugget, a sweet tea, and 3 value waters. Which each time he asked me to repeat everything I ordered 4 times. I got to the window and he seemed agitated, which I get it people have bad days but his gestures came off as he was annoyed and dismissive. The young lady behind him helped get my order out she seemed very nice. The food quality wasn't the best, but that's what the food industry has come to now days.

Hamburger was still pink won't go back to that Wendy's again. I've been to this Wendy's a few times and never any good, I drive across town for now on
