Wendy's on Paul Huff Parkway (not the one near I-75). I love, love this Wendy's! Every time we visit the people are friendly and very respectful on the windows. The fries are always hot, the hamburgers are always delicious, and they look like the picture. I told my husband to look at my hamburger yesterday because it was made so well and it looked like an actual picture of the burger. The store looks very clean and the service is quick. I recommend this store to anyone in the Cleveland Tennessee area. I think we have moved more so away from the other restaurant (M), and use Wendy's most of the time no matter what city we're in. The cook was on duty I commend them.

Got a 5 dollar Jr. Bacon burger biggie bag.Burger and nuggets were a little dry but still ok.the girl at the register was so kind and polite. She was so kind to the little elderly lady in front of me in line being so patient and helpful.Don't know her name but she was a busy bee.You don't see this every day but as I ate I saw her get a broom and sweep up and wipe down tables when she did not have customers like it was her houseBathroom was very clean. She must have cleaned it too.Would go back again and order something different

Drive to the other side of town where they actually have everything you need 3 hours before closing. Every time we go here either “sorry our frosty machine is down” “sorry our we don’t have coffee right now” “sorry we are out of sweet tea” and apparently their grease cooks their fries cold now too! Just drive across town, employees are much more friendly, food is always hot and everything is always available!

When I saw that a Wendy's was being built across the street from where I live, I was excited! I could literally walk to the location. Unfortunately my excitement didn't live for long after I started getting my orders from here. They turn off their frosty machine earlier than they are supposed to. Probably to avoid getting orders for it. Beware if you order through Door Dash and order a frosty close to the hour BEFORE they are actually supposed to turn it off. They'll lie and say an order was already picked up by another dasher (by doing this they cannot be held liable) and you'll never get your frosty. Your order will just sit in the ether, until you cancel it and issue a refund. Which, again, no skin off their backs.Creating a burger is simple. Much easier than what the folks at Taco Bell have to do with the burritos and specialty items... and yet they can't seem to make a burger right. Ask for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and get a burger with no lettuce or tomatoes. But you'll get pickles and onions! Items that don't even belong in a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger! The chili can sometimes be the most watered down chili I've ever seen. At least the chicken nuggets were good? So there's that.It seems that if I want Wendy's I am going to enjoy, I'll need to drive to the other side of town. Otherwise, I risk my order either not being fulfilled or being wrong. To the consumer: eat elsewhere. To management: retrain everyone. To corporate: close down this franchise. Or get eyes on it ASAP.

Sit at the speaker for five minutes before order was taken then sit in the line for 20 minutes with only one car ahead of me and finally drove off without food. Bunch of kids running around on their phones and not doing their job.

I was craving chili and a potato last night. I went through the drive thru and my order was 100% correct and then some. I had crackers and hot chili seasoning in my bag which I never even knew existed! Everything was delicious. Way to go Stuart Rd Wendy’s and thank you!

We got the asiago chicken club and the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. And two small vanilla frosties. We had come from another Wendy's that had screwed up our order and I had gotten a refund for. I came all the way over across town because it was a newer Wendy's. We ordered our sandwiches and our frosties and then I had asked the lady who handed our food which I heard her inside talking to one of the other employees asking if they have put spoons in the bags and she said yes she had and she said thank you. Which I saw that they were already communicating very well. Which I was happy about then I had asked her if all the Wendy's were franchised and she explained to me that there is three in town that were and the only one that was not was the one on 25th Street which I had a problem at but I didn't tell her that. Then I said yeah I explained to her yeah I had a problem with the way the food was it wasn't made correctly she apologized which it was not her fault it was theirs. And I said that is okay and then she handed our food and I said thank you very much we went and sat in the parking lot and ate our food each of the sandwiches were amazing they were not smashed down they had the right products on them with my chicken asiago club had my asiago cheese on it my daughter's ghost pepper chicken sandwhich was perfect she loved every minute of it.. I was very happy with this visit to this particular Wendys Stuart road. I will be going back there again one the store seemed 100% cleaner even though I went through the drive-thru you can tell from the smell inside and the way it looked not only that it's newer than the other one I had visited earlier in that hour. I'm very pleased how the food came out and happy they have the vanilla. It was a rough summer that they only had chocolate and strawberry I was not happy. I only like vanilla LOL. Thank you to the blonde haired lady at the Wendy's that was pleasant and nice and all our food was made correctly and tasted amazing. Thank you for turning in a bad lunch day which took almost 2 hours instead of an hour. And you made our day better and turned it around by having our food correctly and it tasted very nice and you all didn't smash it thank you so much. Also only spent $18 and some change at this Wendy's when the other Wendy's charged me $25.50. I found out that they can charge different prices and I can't believe that they were higher that's outrageous to me. I think that they should all be the same price especially when you're in the same town.......I only have great things to say about the Wendy's on Stewart road on this particular visit. Also thank you for being cheaper than the one on 25 Street I truly appreciate it....

I don't know how you give someone a melted frosty this time of year, that's kind of impressively bad.I'm almost cheap enough to go back over two dollars.

This place is pathetic. 7 employees cannot handle the lobby and the drive thru at 6 pm on Saturday. Apparently stacking things on a bun is too difficult. I'm told management is the issue. Maybe so but what about the useless morons standing inside doing nothing? It's not complex engineering. The door was unlocked when customers came in and were turned away because they couldn't handle it. All 3 cars in the drive thru and 4 people inside was just too much...

I work nearby at the TVFCU down the road. I stop by there for lunch every once in a while. Their drive-through is incredibly fast and efficient, and all the ladies are very sweet.

The emoyees at this Wendy's locations NEVER SMILE. Plus, as you can see in the pic the burger was drowning in mayonnaise.I scraped it off and measured the amount of mayonnaise...it was two tablespoons!! I'm confident that management nor the cook would eat all of that mayo.To management: you and your employees can DO BETTER in your attitudes and food prep.

RUDE! My daughter had ordered from here off of DoorDash. I went to pick it up at the drive through and she said I had to go in. Ok that’s fine. I had never been in this location before. I park and go in the minute I opened the door a girl w short hair just kept pointing at the wall with both of her hands. Didn’t say anything but waving pointing her hands. I had no idea what she was doing. Finally some other lady that seemed nice told me the order was by the door. I went got it and will never return. The other Wendy’s on 25th street is so much better and nicer to customers.
