Staff was friendly & prices were reasonable. I had the pulled pork sandwich platter -yum! Husband had the 4 rib platter w/2 sides. Ribs were meaty and not too fatty. Looking forward to a return trip.

They smiled. The parking lot was half full. Country music played. The table behind me had two waiters. Wow, not just one getting off or that kind of exchange. I had food in my mouth, and girl walked up behind me and asked if I was okay here. I said yes, but b4 I got a chance to ask for a refill of my drink, she was gone. Mind you, I had both water and coke. They both were empty, yet she still had to ask. No, I'm not nit-picking. I call it how I see it. It's like they don't want to get refills to save money, steps what? They smiled. Food: Mac n chz macaroni a bit over cooked. But,,,,,they were slightly brown, which says they had been sitting a while b4 reaching me. I truly think it's this neighborhood. No restraint in charleston has awesome cx svc. Tomato on burger saugy. Would I return? Maybe if if all the stars line up and I'm hungry Would I tell a friend? Most likely not Do I think the owner or boss cares? Myseat? My son and his girlfriend are there right now I have instructed them to leave cause service is so bad. (Actually I told him before this not to go back due to svc and food not as good as it used to be) but he didn't listen well lesson learned wont be back
UPDATED: I haven’t been back there in 6 years and thought I would give it a try under the new management. I guess I just won’t go back. The young lady that took my order was great! But the food is another story. The French dips are not any where near as good as they used to be and my chicken salad had a hair in it and the bar b q was not good at all and the hot sauce was not hot. And the okra was full of grease Very disappointed!!! Can’t say I didn’t try.

We rode by this restaurant our first night in town and it was packed so we decided it would be worth trying the next day. We went for burgers and the food came out fast and hot. The fried pickles had enough for 5 people to enjoy plenty. The burgers were not just a frozen patty and the vegetables on the burger were fresh. Prices were fair for the food portions. I do not recommend the potato salad though. We would eat here again to try other items on the menu
We have been to Willie's multiple times and have loved everything we've had. Our teenagers favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich, but you can't go wrong with anything that has their BBQ pork. The fried mushrooms are devine, the Okra absolutely delicious. The BBQ stuffed potato was my favorite until today...
We were there on Thursday and the owner mentioned that they offer brisket and sometime smoked bologna on Friday and Saturday. I LOVE ? a good fried bologna sandwich and let me tell you this one was AMAZING!!! The picture shows one of the 2 bologna sandwiches we ordered. The second one didn't make it home for the photo shoot ?.
The brisket is stupendous as well. We ordered a few lbs to-go along with some sides.
If you are in the area or passing through Cleveland TN I strongly recommend stopping in and trying it out.

I got excited when I saw burnt ends on special. Placed a order for dine in and I can't believe someone is serving something like that. Every single bite you had to spit out hard grissle. I will give a second chance to somebody that makes a minor mistake at restaurant but something like this and to serve? Absolutely not.
