4 piece fingers to go. Ordered tea sweet, got unsweetened. Fries had no seasoning, coleslaw was dumped all in the container, sauce and coleslaw all over the outside of the container. Takes alot of effort to provide such a bad experience. Definitely avoid this location.

I am leaving one star. I do not know about the food yet. I have ordered and haven't received it. The reason I am leaving one star. I'm asked to pull around no car behind me in line. No cars in front of me. We want you to pull a ramp is what I was told. We pull around and there is cars in the parking spots. I was told to park in there so I'm sitting here waiting on my food realizing that my ticket just says gray car and there is other people in Gray cars sitting outside. All we need to do is just make my food when I pull around. I don't need to pull off. This is extremely stupid. No one was in line behind me nor was they in front of me. This pull around stuff really needs to stop.

Omg these Millennials have no Customer service starting with Reagan who Totally lied to my face. I ordered a wings and things plate large and got small old fries and Manager who is also young gave me 10 more old fries in a Box. They made me feel like I was Begging not a Paying customer. These young kids do not care about service only paycheck and standing around.

The service here is by far the best out of any fast food restaurant around here! They are always so nice, and really try to make sure they get your order right! Which is rare nowadays, love it!

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo and the fries were soggy, undercooked, and had no salt or season on them. Threw away half the meal, so won't be back.

I was a major Zaxby’s fan for years since probably 1998 but man their prices for what you are getting just suck now. I have several friends who feel the same way as me. If you’re gonna pay $15 for a chicken finger plate you can go to a dine in place with much better quality meat, veggies, deserts, and drinks like O’Charley’s, Champy’s, or Chili’s. Paying dine in prices for fast food is crazy when you can get a much better product for the same price or no more than $2-5 more. If I remember right Zaxbys does franchisee’s so local small biz owner my negative review is not directed at you but against Zaxbys corproate HQ with their disgusting greed that’s out of touch with the needs and desires of the local consumer and I’ve contacted Zaxby’s HQ before and they are very much intentionally evasive and unhelpful (it’s very lousy to be Frank but they could learn alot doing their customer service at HQ like a company like Darden and Olive Garden who are the exact opposite they are excellent customer service and make things right every time but they’re a Florida company in a metropolitan area not a crummy Georgia one so go figure) and extremely unhelpful so I’m done with this company and their products and I’ve been a customer for 20+ years now but if they keep being bad at customer service at the Headquarters and charging dine in restaurant prices for lower quality fast food then my negative view of this company will remain the same until something changes for the better.
