1033pm. Rude window chick. The white manager needs to be checking the oil. All the chicken tastes straight burnt. Along with the bread!! Like come on!!

Where do I begin? The front counter workers were extremely rude. The toast was hard as a rock for me and my husbands meal. My parents and brother and sister in law were with us. They got to the restaurant maybe 10 minutes after we did. After 30 minutes of waiting they still hadn’t gotten their food. They finally got a refund and went to another restaurant. It DOES NOT take 30 minutes to make chicken. One of the cashiers smarted off to my dad which she better be glad my 2 year old niece was with us or it would not have been pretty. After they left I was throwing my plate away and they were talking about my dad and brother. They better watch that. Because next time I will NOT be quiet. You do NOT talk badly about customers in front of other customer PERIOD! That was absolutely uncalled for. This is not the first issue we’ve had with this Zaxby’s. Last week we had it and my husband had to wait 15-20 minutes on chicken. Heaven forbid at a chicken restaurant if you know you’re running low on previous days they need to make sure they cook enough. He said they were extremely busy inside and outside that day. So we gave them the benefit of the doubt. But on the day I’m talking about 7/17…there was 3 couples inside (us and another couple). There is NO excuse for that. But management better talk to the girls up front because I guarantee they will make the wrong person mad next time and it will not be a pleasant experience. I highly doubt we will come back. We will use more gas and go to the other 2 locations in Cleveland were we have never had an issue and the workers are pleasant. Do better girls I use that term because they were not acting like ladies. I just want to ask them. Would you like someone talking about your parents!

Last week got a simple chicken strip meal.The chicken was rubbery and tasted under cooked.The breading is bland.The fries were cold and so was the toast.I ordered a Diet drink and got a Regular.Just not good at all for almost $15.

Clean the tables!!! Be different from other restaurants!! When your customers have to wipe off their table before they can sit and eat - after walking around the whole dining room searching for a clean table - that's a problem! There were approximately 3 tables being used and at least 8 employees present, including what looked to be the manager. So, there was no excuse to have any dirty tables!
