This is “our” Zaxby’s, and we frequent this location often. They’re typically skimping on the sauce for buffaloed wings/tenders and/or leaving out a sauce. Tonight was rough! The incorrect buffaloed sauce was used to toss the chicken, we were missing 6/8 sauces and a side cup of pickles that were all paid for and I had to go back to the store to get (after I had gotten home with our order). Then I get back home and notice another portion of our order had about ten French fries and they tasted stale yet undercooked. We also had been pulled up to receive our order so this was just poor management.

All we ordered was a salad, a snack meal, and cheddar bites with the cheesecake bites for dessert. They had five people standing in the front and they were all talking and laughing which personally I don’t care because have fun at work if you can, however at first they didn’t give us my wife’s salad and it took forever to get their attention, then they didn’t give me my order but by then we had already left. Check and double check your order before thinking about leaving in front of them. Have a good time but please make sure the customers are taken care of.

I was eating a salad and found a pack of ketchup in my salad

$18.22 for five finger meal, plus fried pickles. We got four fingers for the price of five,.., what a deal. The fifth finger had zero meat content and the fries must have been sitting around for hours, simply terrible. You might say thats due to take out, but not so. I opened and started eating shortly after leaving the drive thru. Also, the drink was all ice, which may actually cost Zaxby’s $$, but it cost me my drink!! This is the worst run Zaxby’s ever and is to be avoided. The pickles were well cooked and crispy, they just don’t taste good. Not this locations fault, that’s on corporate and if not fixed nobody will buy them.

So we went through the drive thru, the lady on the speaker of course asked if we wanted the zenzation salad, and we said yes (because my dad wanted it) and we finished out the order everything seemed good. We got the food and realized as pulling away there was no salad but only salad dressing so we went back for it, they said they “were having to make the coleslaw for the salad” only to arrive to my parents to the completely WRONG SALAD. Like come on… We shouldn’t have to beg you to do your job right! I get rough and busy nights but danggg.

All meals were cold, both kiddie meals were missing individual items which means we were missing a whole meal! Wings and things only had one 1 tender and the salad was a sorry example of a meal. Definitely the worst experience ever

the cashier was very nice, but the food?? first we noticed my toast, was literally not even toast. it was a piece of bread with not even any butter on it. then the “tender” was the size of a chicken nugget. no seasoning at all on anything, isn’t the zaxbys seasoning what separates yalls food from other places??
