Super super slow employees, they are not even trying to speed things up, there is a group of 40 people and they are taking the orders super slow, they don't wanna even speed things up.

I respectfully requested my chicken be freshly made, & explained I did not want to eat a piece of grilled chicken that's been heated & then kept in a plastic storage container. A simple request and was ignored. That is a health risk of chemical leaching, interfere with the body's hormonal system and potentially affect fertility, brain development, and increase risks for certain illnesses.

Placing order was very smooth and the manager brought out meals to our table and Chelsea walked around asking everyone if needed any condiments

No soap in the men’s bathroom, not a drop of sweet tea to be found anywhere in the restaurant, ordered a frozen strawberry lemonade for my daughter and it was just the unfrozen juice that was brought out, salad’s were missing chicken, and there really weren’t very many people there eating so it wasn’t like there was some major run on everything. Only bright spot was an employee named Melodia who was very kind to try to help and make up for the lack of almost everything else. I might give them another try based solely on the one employee but I’d have to think about it next time we’re in town playing ball.

This Zaxbys is THE BEST IVE EVER BEEN TO, we were so happy when we left it’s been a long time since we went into a fast food place and the food was delicious and the young people working were so kind and courteous!
I usually don’t give reviews but sometimes you gotta share such a wonderful experience. We will be back!!

How is this a chicken bacon (RANCH) there a little drizzle of ranch??? Also barely any bacon at all… whoever made this needs to learn how to make food for customers. This is pathetic… not to mention the fries where not even warm

Went through the drive thru and Miss Courtney helped us, give her a raise!!!!! She was so sweet, kind, and fast!
