Great as usual but starting to be a lot prouder of their grilled chicken sandwiches, about to price themselves out of my business..8.99 for a sandwich or 9.99 for the combo..really?

I really don’t mind spending money going out to eat, but this experience was awful! All 3 plates of food were cold, we waited 10 minutes for our food so not sure why it was cold since they were not busy. $36 for cold food is not good for business! I left hungry, had to come home and fix something else.

Stop doing right after what was obviously a big rush and I had to wait a little bit from the food but all in all it was a great experience food was great customer service was fantastic and like I said I obviously showed I'm at a bad time so that's on me. Great jobs Zaxby's keep up the great work

I am disappointed. The last few times I’ve been to this location they have not added extra seasoning for my fries. Today I did the same order as I usually do, plus food for my parents. I asked for extra seasoning plus I chose to “go big” on my fries. This is what I was given (pictured below). The only good thing I can say is the food is good, other than the fries not being seasoned. I was also just given really small chicken tenders and less than 8 pieces of the fried white cheddar bites. Whenever I have this box from other locations, the same way I usually order it, I’m full before I can even finish it. Really disappointing.
Note: I did eat one piece of toast before taking the picture, they did give me both pieces.

Our food was hot and very good. However, they brought out my food after a decent amount of time, but my kids had to wait another 10 minutes before theirs was ready. The lobby was a disaster- very dirty and out of napkins and ketchup. The young guy that took our order was very friendly and polite.

This is an absolute disgrace. Why do you charge extra for the sauce when this is all you get. How is this exceptable? Every single time I come here this is how the sauce is. I never have this issue at any other zaxbys. Only here.

My family and I eat here frequently, mostly after church due to the close proximity. Location is rather convenient— you can get in out with ease.
The staff at this location are… top tier! I would like to suggest friendliness be added to put stars, this place would get a 100/10. I have threesmall children. I often come alone with them. This is no easy feat, the staff will help me. Preparing beverages, bring us the meals, help me with seats, and take the trash. You don’t get this anywhere else in our town. I pray these people never lose sight of this and continue to shed Gods grace to our community. I am forever grateful and pray for them often.

I ordered some tacos and only asked no picos. Once I was home I see that they didn't put no lettuceor anything else but the chicken and sauce.did not look any similar to the picture I saw, my first time buying here.

Ordered wings and thingz which is supposed to come with 5 traditional wings and 3 tenders. They gave me 5 boneless and 3 tenders instead and didn’t mention it at the drive thru pickup window after I waited for 25 minutes.
