Food is good as expected for an Arby's. Be prepared to wait for somebody to break loose from pretty frantic activities putting orders together and request your order info. My experience is that it takes about 5 or 6 minutes. I've grown used to the wait.
Once they get your order in, it's prepared pretty quickly.

Ordered four beef n cheddar..and a fry..asked if they could make sure the sandwiches had cheese because last visit the sandwiches didn't get cheese. Was told rudely..they can hear ! and shut the window..Go to the pick up window ask for sauce ..NO ..response at all..! My daughter driving saying thank you..girl shut the window walked off..no thank you.no come back..Just shut the window and walked off..realize

Food was okay except I ordered 2 cheese cups and there was barely anything in the cups. (May just be a small portion by design) terrible value for $2 nonetheless.
Employees were being loud and obnoxious while trying to eat. (To me the most off putting thing about the visit)
Didn’t feel very welcomed as a customer. The staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t friendly.
Will just grab something else on my next lunch break.

Have you ever caught yourself thinking “wow! this paint is drying too fast” or “this grass is growing too fast” well you should come here and watch them prepare orders in the evening shift, I promise there isn’t a quick moment or motion at all

Waited 5 to 7 minutes at the register and no one would take our order. Took the order of the couple in front of us and left. Not interested in handling lobby business. Went across the street to Buddy's and had our food in less than 2 minutes.
