The drive through attendant that was working at 7:30 pm today 4/25/25 was very rude over the speaker so we left and did not eat here. TERRIBLE attitude.

I truly love Arby's, but this location is not the best. In my experiences here, the food is good (when it is correct), but the service is horrible. It is always very slow.

I came in with a coupon for mozzarella sticks they said they were cooking them fresh I pulled around but first one is lukewarm cheese no stretch I pulled around ask for remake they come take the old ones from which cool whatever then bring me the exact same cheese stick still not thoroughly cooked so

Worst Arby’s ever!!! Service was excellent and the restaurant is clean but the roast beef is awful! The thickest and grisliest I’ve ever seen anywhere! For some reason it’s chopped into small triangular pieces that falls out of the bun as you’re eating it. Just disgusting. Thought it should be shared

A few times I've went through the drive thru & encountered a very hasty, rude woman & then I found out a couple that I was talking to had the same experience with the rude woman, your better than that Arby's, replace the rude ones with good ones

The terrible attitudes at this store needs to be fixed ASAP. Whoever that Terri lady is, she's so rude. She doesn't know how to treat customers. When I see she's working I immediately leave. She's just so rude and I think she may be a general manager. Do better Arby's. I've seen plenty complaints about Terri. She needs and attitude adjustment.
