A few times I've went through the drive thru & encountered a very hasty, rude woman & then I found out a couple that I was talking to had the same experience with the rude woman, your better than that Arby's, replace the rude ones with good ones

The terrible attitudes at this store needs to be fixed ASAP. Whoever that Terri lady is, she's so rude. She doesn't know how to treat customers. When I see she's working I immediately leave. She's just so rude and I think she may be a general manager. Do better Arby's. I've seen plenty complaints about Terri. She needs and attitude adjustment.

Went to the restaurant at about 1pm. The register was intended. Waited for about 3min and then called to staff that no one was waiting on customers. Manager said all staff was tending drive thru patrons and front would be tended after drivevthru line tended. I Waited 2 more min and then went to Taco Bell for lunch.

Look I've had issues with this store forgetting things and extreme wait times. But I let that slide due to understaffed and such. As I was ordering I had a very rude woman telling me I was ordering incorrectly. When I went to pay I let the cashier know about how rude it was to say that. That's when I was informed embarrassingly that was the General Manager. This behavior is not is not acceptable from an employee let alone the GM. I get having a bad day but take a minute to calm down.

I am not happy with my service or my food because I ordered a large curly fries and half of the container is pieces and hard as a rock. And I think it was a manager that answered the speaker they need to be a little bit more friendlier over the intercom this is twice that I've gone through that store and it seems like the person that answers the speaker as an attitude.

Always clean. Orders place online already quickly everything that's supposed to be in the bag is in the bag as well.
Kid-friendliness: Even though there's not really a lot for kids My kid loves it there there's a bell to ring if you enjoyed your food
