I’ll probably never eat here again. I ordered two things and I waited thirty minutes just for them to get orders confused then they overcooked mine and my partners food and didn’t even get the order right. I’ve had to many of these occurrences with this Bojangles. never again.

Everytime I order a family meal from here they forget something. I should have learned my lesson to check my order before leaving. Once again get home 20 minutes away something missing from my online order. Food is fine if you get it all I would recommend quadruple checking your order before leaving.

So here it is 930am they already have chicken made but cant sell chicken till 1030am. So by the time they sell the chicken its all going to be dried up. No customer service at all. Will not be going back. Ty bo's for ruining my day

About 3pm Oct 25 order regular chicken bisquit and another bisquit, that dumb blonde gave me Cajun chicken,it's over 4 bucks of my money wasted,I'll use oakridge store from now on

We have been twice recently and the wait both times was over 40 minutes (inside)! Nothing was moving and having to wait for chicken to cook and the biscuits were falling apart. In my opinion it needs better management!

Came twice in the last couple of weeks while visiting family in the area. The food is pretty good but the wait times are crazy long. First time I waited 45 min in the drive through. Thought it was a fluke, came back and inside and waited almost an hour. They have nothing prepared in advance which is mind boggling seeing that this community lives on fast food.
