3/8/24 @9:34 pm Check 30402- I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the guy at the drive thru was. Noticeably friendly. Realized I had never had an unpleasant experience at this location… like ever. Possibly the best Bojangles location in Anderson and surrounding counties.

Food is good if they want to work that day. Stopped on a Thursday evening around 5:00 and ordered 2 sweet potato pies and they stopped me to say they would be 20 minutes. I said ok and continued my order for a 20 piece family meal. They again told me it would be 20 minutes cause they just sold 2 family meals before I arrived. I again said, ok… there was silence and they told me a third time, it's gonna be a 20 minute wait, are you sure? I said, nevermind, since you obviously did not want to take my order and make an effort to fill it, but instead kept giving me reasons why they couldn't. This is not the first time I have been asked if it's ok if it is gonna take extra time, but I repeatedly said it was ok, why not just cook the food and work!?

We were on vacation in south Carolina we arrived at 6:22 am. The sign said they opened at 6:00 am for.dine in. The doors were still locked when we asked at the drive through they were rude as hell. My first time I was.in love with the food. But they was like that 3 days in a roll. Will not go back. Very disappointed ☹️

We walked in and wasn't greeted or told "I'll be right with you." We waited 2minutes before the female worker came and took our order. No apologies for our wait, no thank you, or any customer service. While we were eating there were 2 men came in and no one up front...the store could have gotten robbed and no one would have been up front! One man left after waiting for service again no one up front! So there went money out the door for the restaurant! The other man finally got his order taken. THEN a man and 2 ladies came in with him, they waited, the ladies walked out while the man waited. The female worker was taking food off the line at 7:53pm? The lobby closes at 10:00pm! The female worker did not speak to the man to say anything like "hello welcome I will be right with you" she leaves the front line and another young man comes around front, the man asks him a question and the young man worker just ignored him. He walked out..more $ out the door for the restaurant! The manager finally comes inside the store from a smoke break? I tell him what happened and that he needs to teach his workers customer service skills. If I could give no stars I would!

The store is a mess, food is often over or under cooked. Customer service is terrible. They said managers regularly quit so they have managers from other stores fill in. When asked who to talk to about concerns, they say they don't know because that's not their primary store.

Went in To grab breakfast today. The staff were rude to their manager and talked back to her. They were out of biscuits with a wait time. The employee were around not working and the manager asked for them to get busy. They intentionally didn’t do what was asked and talked back

Really wish I could give 0 stars. I just had the worst possible experience I have ever had at a fast food place. My family hardly ever eats out so when we do I would like for it to be decent. And this was far from decent. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 1 car in front of me the whole time. They then hand me 2 milks for my daughters kids meals and 1 of them is crusty around the lid and HALF GONE! I quickly made them exchange it. They then hand me my Dr Pepper and sweet tea….neither of which are actually Dr Pepper or sweet tea. On top of all that here is the worst part. You would think that after waiting 30 minutes for food that it would be fresh right? Nope…the chicken supremes were old, cold and hard as rocks. Unfortunately I drove home before discovering this so I pretty much wasted $40 for a dinner for my family that was not even edible. I would seriously steer clear of this Bojangles. I promise you, it ain’t worth it.
We stopped for lunch during our road trip. We got the largest tender meal and added 4 tenders. It was good for the three of us. The food was good and the girls working were nice.

The spicy chicken is soooo tasty and the biscuits are so crispy and tender ?The dirty rice is so good!And it was peaceful and comfortable in the dining room today ?
