The young man working, the front counter was multitasking, placing orders, getting food to the trays, and making sundaes. The staff were friendly and the food was exceptional. We had a very good experience.

Mrs Julie, Gina and Cindy was very respectful and friendly. I use to be a coworker at this location a few years ago. The food is amazing especially the hawgback fries.

The staff here is quite nice and I gave them a 5 star. The food is over cooked and just not made with any love or pride. We ate the coleslaw and fries and the chicken. Hush puppies were dry and tasted like baked oil. Bbq sauce was ok. 10/10 won’t be back. I’m sure for some this is food but for me Mc. Donald’s would have been a better option.

We were passing through town and brought our family here for dinner. I don't typically leave reviews but for other families I think it might be helpful...most of the staff was very friendly and it was a very clean environment which is always appreciated. However, the person who took our order got it wrong and four of us didn't have meals. When I ordered my brisket without a bun but a large size and got my plate I was shocked at how little meat was on my plate. When we went up to wait for our other four meals he asked what we were waiting for and that's when he realized he never put those meals on our order. I also asked if mine was indeed a large and he said yes it's 2.5 oz of meat....for $13. A very small smattering of fries. Then half our children's kids meals came with a cookie and the other for meals we had to re order didn't come with one although it is advertised they just forgot. So my husband waited several minutes in line to get the other cookies. Oh and both his and my brisket meals and fried were cold when we got them 😬 and one employee up at the front counter was nicely told by another employee to take orders from the growing line of customers and he threw a fit in front of all the customers saying he was too busy. Very unprofessional. All in all, we did not get our money's worth from this dining experience.

Every single time I order from this location, they forget something. This time… the BBQ sauce. How do you forget bbq sauce at a BBQ place??

Hit or miss with this place in drive thru.Food good most of time. BUT the sauce is left out or some other item that comes WITH MEAL. Or was ordered. Forks and spoons not with order. Too many hands involved in order on drive thru. Family likes me getting dinner here. Just check order before pulling away.
